9 years later

My dreams were filled with that horrible white rabbit. Everyone tried to tell me that my Mother killed herself, but I knew the truth, yet no one believed me. So my father, whom cared nothing about me, threw me in this awful mental hospital.

"Alice?"

My head jerked towards my doctor.

"Answer my question. Who killed your mother?"

"A freaking white rabbit you BITCH! I TELL YOU EVERY SINGLE FUCKING DAY, YET YOU NEVER BELIEVE A WORD I SAY!"

"Okay Alice calm down."

"HOW CAN I FREAKING CALM DOWN? NO ONE BELIEVES ME IN THIS AWFUL PLACE! LET. ME. OUT. OF. HERE."

I started struggling with the restraints on my hospital bed, holding me down.

"LET ME OUT! LET ME OUT!"

"Nurse!"

I heard the doctor say, signaling the nurse to bring in the morphine that made me drowsy.

"NO! NO! LET ME OUT!"

The nurse walked in holding a needle as usual, and walked over to me. She rubbed alcohol on my arm, cleaning it of blood from self harm. What can I say I won't let anyone near my nails with fucking clippers. I thrashed around on the bed, knowing it was no use. She stuck the needle in my arm, pushing the medication slowly into my body.

"A white rabbit killed her. You have to believe me!"

I whispered to the nurse as the medicine started to kick in.

"I do believe you."

She whispered back as I fell into the dreaded sleep, where the white rabbit haunted my dreams.
