Chapter 9

Skyla's POV
Hey guys it's Sky. I sit in the living room surrounded by my friends. Hey guys there's something I haven't told you. I tell then biting my nail so them can't see I'm nervous. And what would that be? My friend Alice asks me moving towards the edge of seat. I let out a slow deep breath and start to tell them the unknown about me. " when I was 11 I was cursed. The curse was that I fall in love with my twin brother who I didn't at the time know had an evil spirit." I tell well they look at me with blank stares. " not long after I was cursed I started seeing my brother in a new light" not the type the average 11 year old sees the annoying twin who constantly bugs you but you love to death because he's your brother. " I started seeing him as cute and extremely sweet. " my mom thought something was up so she took me to see a specialist in Montreal when I was 15. " the doctor told my mom that everything was fine. But my mom wasn't convinced. I soon started missing my brother a lot more and almost always wanted to be around him. It was true I had fallen for my brother but this was only until my family found out my brother had an evil spirit. Now my brother is dead and part of his spirt was passed down to me. Everyday of my life I fight like no other. " I'm at risk at all times. I never know when I could die or be harmed. My brother may be gone but his spirt haunts me and forever will....
