I heard a door slam shut and yelling come from downstairs.

'Let the torture begin.'  I made my way downstairs and meet my mother with a forced smile, as my body shivered in fear.

"Hello Mistress, how was you day?" I gritted through my teeth. I don't know when I started hating her so much, but now I wanted nothing more than to watch her crumble and beg for forgiveness.

"Why do you care you piece of shit?! And what's with that stupid smile! I'll wipe it off your ugly ass face! Come here you bitch!" I made my way over to here as I secretly compared her to her old self.

Her soft blonde hair was now nothing more but dull and knotted yellow strands, her once youthful face with a shimmering smile. Gone and replaced by only fake smiles and nothing else. The one thing that pained me to see the most about her were her eyes. Her once beautiful lively eyes were now the dullest hazel, her eyes were sunken into her skull as lines and lines of dark bags were underneath her blood shot eyes.

I stood in front of her, as much as I wanted to cower in fear and beg her to not hurt me, I knew better. I stood there emotionless as she gave me an evil smirk.

"Who's a good dog? Now, take you shirt off and let mommy punish you!" She yelled into my face, her breath smelled of liquor. I tried to hold in my gag as I lifted my black shirt over my lean frame and dropped it onto the ground.

She smirked as she admired her last punishments and walked around me in deep thought, almost as if thinking whether she should burn me, whip me, or cut me, oh the possibilities are endless.

She stopped in front of me and ran her fingers over my scarred chest as I tensed my muscles tightly.

"A pathetic shit like you has to be punished isn't that right, after all nobody loves you. Who could love a monster named, Bill Cipher?" She whispered quietly and then broke into a sinister chuckle as she walked over to a drawer and pulled out an iron pipe.

I hated when she said my nickname, nobody called me that except dad. Life was great with him, but he had to listen to this stupid filthy bitch. I heard a snicker as she went to the fire place and sparked a light of fire. I watched as it grew devouring the wood and turning it into charcoal.

She hummed happily as she stuffed the iron pipe into the fire and watched as the metal turned a bright red, she smirked making her way over to me and pinning me to the wall, my back towards her.

"Surprise, Bill!" She yelled as she jammed the hot metal into my shoulder blade. I let a loud shriek from my lips as tears poured down my pale face.

"Remember Billy~ the more you cry the more I want to hear those stupid begs of yours  wanting me to stop!" She dug the blazing hot iron deeper into my skin as I stuffed my fist into my mouth to muffle my cries and whimpers.

She did this several times until she got tired of it. She dropped the already freshing iron pipe onto the floor and left the house slamming the door, making the whole house shatter.

I laid on the floor whimpering in pain as tears streamed down my face. I could feel as the skin near my shoulder blades cried out in pain, I used my hand to touch the burning flesh and regretted it. It hurt like hell!

After what felt like hours I got up and put my black t-shirt back on and ran to my room to place my shoes on. I grabbed my black hoodie and ran out of the house.

I ran and ran, faster and faster. My feet hit the pavement hard as I ran towards the cliff near the lake, outside of town.

Once I arrived I collapsed onto the ground, greedily gasping for air to fill my lungs. I spread out onto the ground and watched as the sun flew over the bright blue sky. Night time fell and I only stared into the dark abyss with a silver orb shinning in the distance. I smiled slightly as I watched the stars appear. There was Orion, and Leo, Aquarius, and all the other constellations he could think of, but his favorite one was the big dipper.

He didn't know why, but when he was always upset with everything he would risk his life and come here just to see the big dipper.

A smiled graced my pale face as I whispered. "I'm William Cipher and I'll try to live a bit longer, just to stare at the stars. Especially you, big dipper."
