Chapter 14

I woke up then I remembered that I should still thank Sehun for what he did. I did my morning routine before going down.

"Good morning Kate!" Blaire and Lily greeted me.

"Good morning!" I smiled.

I decided to buy Sehun bubble tea to thank him so I asked Rim if I could go to the mall.

"It's okay. I'll just text the driver." She said.

"Why where is she going?" Chanyeol suddenly butt in.

"She'll go to the mall." Rim answered him.

"She can't go alone after what happened. Because you know, sasaengs." He explained. Oh right.

"Then I'll go with her. I also need to go to the grocery since we don't have a lot of food left." Rim said.

"Sure." I said.

"Does anyone want to go to the mall with us?" Rim asked everyone.

"I'll pass. The new episode of Descendants of the Sun is showing today." Chloe said and the others agreed.

"So it's settled then-"

"Wait! I'll go with you." Sehun said running to us. "There's nothing to do anyway."

"Sure why not." Rim said while tapping on her phone. I guess she's already texting the driver.

"Wait, I'll just get my bag." I said and they both nodded.

We're now at the mall and Sehun is wearing a disguise which I think is not working but it's a good thing that there are only a few people at the mall. I'm also wearing a snapback because they said that sasaengs might recognize me too.

"So let's go to the grocery?" Rim said.

"Umm, you guys go ahead. I need to buy something first." I said and that something is bubble tea for Sehun.

"You can't go alone. Sehun, go with Kate. Will it take too long?" Rim asked and I shook my head, saying no.

"Okay so let's just meet at the grocery okay?"

"Okay." Sehun and I both said at the same time.

"So, where are you going?" Sehun asked when Rim went away.

"Just follow me." I smiled at him.

"Uhh, okay." He said, confused.

We walked until I saw the bubble tea shop. I went in and Sehun followed.

"Bubble tea." Sehun whispered while smiling which made me smile too. He looks like a child excited for his candy.

"What do you want? My treat." I asked him.

"Really? You sure?" He asked, shocked.

"Yes, now tell me what you want before I change my mind." I said even though it's not true because this will be my thank you treat.

"Chocolate bubble tea." He said fastly which made me chuckle. Oh yeah, I remember that chocolate is his favorite. I ordered then we sat at our table to wait. No one was talking until the waitress went to our table.

"One chocolate bubble tea, and one strawberry bubble tea. Do you want to add anything?" She asked while smiling.

"No, thank you." I smiled back.

"Okay, enjoy!" She smiled then walked away.

I looked at Sehun and he was already drinking.

"Too excited, huh?" I chuckled.

"Thank you!" He smiled.

"I should be the one saying thank you." I said which made him give me a confused look. "Chanyeol told me that you were the one who informed him about what was happening so I gave you bubble tea to say thank you." I explained then took a sip from my drink.

"Oh, that. No problem! I will always be here to help." He said and smiled.

We took pictures, and continued to chat until we finished our drinks. Then he asked if I wanted to go to the arcade in which I agreed.

"Let's play basketball first!" I told him.

"To excited huh?" He said while raising his eyebrow.

"Well, it's been a while since I last went to the arcade." I shrugged.

"I have an idea!" He said like there was a light bulb on top of his head.

"Wow, great. You have one." I said sarcastically.

"Meanie." He pouted. "Let's have a bet!" He said which made me smile.

"Whoever has the highest points will win, obviously. And the loser has to do a dare!" He explained.

"I'm in!" I said then smirked. I can be good in basketball. But only in the arcade, and not the real basketball.

"You'll lose because I'm a pro." He said full of confidence.

"You wish!" I chuckled then we started playing.
