Hi, I'm Kyla! This is my first story on Wattpad so yes, there will probably be some mistakes...so, sorry about that. I also want to mention that all rights of characters, etc, go to Rick Riordan and J.K Rowling who have written, in my opinion, the best books of all time.
Anyway, this story is about the two worlds of both Harry Potter and Percy Jackson. It takes place after the war and Harry, Ron and Hermione have decided to come back to Hogwarts for their final year. And it is also after the war with Gaea in the world of mythology. Et voilà, here is the first chapter.

Thalia's POV:
"Where did it go?" I asked Phoebe. We turned around the corner and entered King's Cross Station. The Hunters and I were in London, trying to track down the Nemean Lion who had come back from tartarus, since our last encounter. (Tartarus is the endless abyss in the underworld, where all monsters go when they die.) Anyway, the monster had managed to create some trouble with the mortals downtown. Fortunately they couldn't see the beast for what it really was. Of course, the mist helped. The mist was the magical barrier that hid our world from the world of the mortals. Mortals are the non godly folk. They would see a big friendly animal perhaps. Something their mortal brains could process. Mortals wouldn't be able to understand why there was a monster right out of a Greek myth in a train station. Yes, I said Greek myth. I live in the legends of the Greek and Roman, where the gods are alive. Crazy right? Welcome to my world. But I didn't realize at that moment, that things were about to get a whole lot crazier.

Phoebe looked straight ahead.
"I think we've found it," she replied. I squinted my eyes. Through the smoke of trains passing by, I could just make out the shape of our magnificent prey. It was easily bigger than a car, with razor sharp claws that scraped the ground as it took a sniff around. The beasts' eyes widened as it watched us close into a circle around it. It snarled and bared its teeth. The monster took a few steps back. However its attention was not on us. The beasts' eyes were on something behind us. I darted a quick look around. The mortals were wandering around through the station as usual. But I noticed a certain group of mortals. Some of which I could already tell was definitely a family. With the same red hair and freckles. But what had caught my attention was their luggage. Most of it looked normal enough... There were trunks, but there were also a strange assortment of animals. There was a ginger cat with a face so squashed that it looked like it had run into a wall and I even spotted two owls! I watched as a tall red headed man, (I'm guessing he was the dad), narrowed his eyes and looked right at the Nemean Lion and then whispered to the others. The older looking people from the group drew out... were those...sticks?
I had no time to think about it, however, because at that moment, the monster gave a hiss. Quickly, I turned around. Just in time too. The hunters were already fighting and had managed to shoot an arrow down its maw.
But the monster had taken that moment to attack me. I shot one, two, three arrows down its monstrous mouth and then I grabbed my hunting knife to slash a deadly arch through the air. It made contact with the lion's neck but my knife bounced back and I stumbled. I had forgotten that his coat was stronger than any metal that I owned.
"Aim for its eyes! I have an idea." I shouted. I made the mistake of lunging at the creature and I would've been clawed to cat chow, but suddenly, the monster went limp. It was on the ground, motionless. I used my knife to send the monster to tartarus, in a pile of yellow dust.
The Hunters all stared at me in awe.
"How did you do that?" Celyn asked, wide-eyed.
"Do what?" I replied. But I knew what she meant. We defeated monsters everyday but something didn't feel right.
I hadn't even touched the beast but everyone seemed to think that I was the hero. Celyn kept talking.
"-fell to the ground! And all that red light!" Red light? I don't remember any red light. My thoughts wandered back to the group of mortals. It was rare, but some mortals actually had the ability to see through the mist. It was obvious that they could see the Nemean Lion for what it was but I just couldn't figure out why. There was definitely something more. Maybe they were demigods. Who knows. But the red light...
Phoebe's voice cut through my thoughts.
"We should go," she said, "Before the mortals start swarming around." As I bent down to pick up my fallen knife, I noticed a long, razor sharp claw sitting on the ground. I picked it up and examined it. A spoil of war. I slipped it into my pocket and started walking through the station. Platforms 7, 8, 9... In between platforms nine and ten, a burly man accidentally pushed Phoebe into the barrier. The man kept going as if nothing had happened. I wanted to go after him and make him apologize but we had bigger problems.
"Phoebe's gone!" cried Elysia suddenly. "She just...disappeared!" It was true. The spot where I had seen her not moments before, was now empty.
