Cleril: False Family

Cleril followed Clay while keeping her head down. She shut her eyes as she heard a bunch of dragonets whisper something mean about her.

"Clay shouldn't get that close to the monster."

"Is Clay finally banishing her?"

Clay led Peril into a room where all the dragonets of destiny (except for Glory) were standing.

"Whatever you s-say, I didn't do it." Peril said with her voice cracking.

"We know you did!" Tsunami spat, "Who else could've have caused that explosion?!"

"Let's not make any accusations yet." Clay said holding Tsunami back.

Yet? Peril thought while a piece of her heart broke off, Why Clay? How can I make you love me back. Suddenly two dragonets burst into the room.

"We are having an important meetin-" Starflight started.

"Q-q-" One of them started.

"Queen Scarlet is here!" The other dragonet said.

"Q-queen Scarlet?" Peril said with shock and anger taking over her body.

Tsunami, Sunny, and her beloved ran out of the room leaving Starflight unable to move. Peril shook herself and gained control of her body once more. She ran out of the room and found an exit to Jade Mountain. Peril flew out and saw Queen Scarlet fighting off Tsunami while Sunny was crying and Clay was trying to hold Tsunami back.

"You!" Queen Scarlet said pointing at Peril, "I was your family!"

"You are nothing close to family! Clay's my family!" Peril yelled forcing the words out.
