I woke up startled by the noise in the speakers. Shit. I said to myself. I checked the time. Damn damn damn damn damn. I was suppose to meet ray and Craig at Panera bread. I got up quick taking my bags "sir be patient everyone is trying to leave.." the attendant told me "yeah well I gotta be out now." I took my Carry on and pushed through the crowd. "sorry guys I gotta dip." I said exiting the plane.

"so jacob I bet your wondering what the emergency is?" ray said excited "yes I kinda took a plane here and well I have school here at julliard so ??" I said anxious. "I'm getting married bro!!!" Craig yelled loudly. "my nigga you hooked up?!?!?!" I yelled loudly "he been with this girl name is Luscious." ray said In a girl voice. Craig folded his arms bashful "Awwww Luscious!!!" I said in a weird voice.

"yes lush or known as luscious." he said with confidence "aye but this could have been told over the phone.."I said playfully "nah but I wanted to see your reaction when your my best man." he said "oh." they stared at me "oh my f-ck I'm your best man?!" I asked shocked. They both nodded

"hell yeah." I said "whens the wedding bro?" I asked "three months." he said nervous "what's up man?" he sighed "what if she bails...." me and ray gave him that look. "why would she turn down fine piece of chocolate like you!" ray said in a girl voice. "haha my nigga just nervous." I said Craig took a breath "like have you ever felt like you can put everything into someone and afraid something can take down everything.." he rubbed his neck.

"whatever girls are just thirsty and seek men for their needs." I said honestly. I dint want a girlfriend I don't need one . I certainly don't wanna have to deal with one. I glanced around. "hey what about her?" ray said sitting up

"she looks to fake.." they looked around "her with the short hair." Craig said "no..." I replied "leave it alone boys." craig sighed "we just want you happy man." I nodded "thanks but I'm good." I said sipping the drink I got. "damn her!!!!!" ray said looking behind me I turned around and I have to say she is gorgeous. "I mean she's okay..." I said lying through my teeth

"okay? Dude she is gorgeous." Craig said looking at her "go talk to her!" I turned to ray "no I told you free man." I argued "look she has a name tag she works here." Craig pointed out. "perfect." ray smirked. "ms we need help." I rolled my eyes at him and sat up.

"yes what can I get you guys." she was dark skinned wearing a white polo and red shorts. "orange juice." ray said "sprite." Craig said they both looked at me. "oh um." I looked at the girl. "only coffee no sugar inside my cup." I said "black coffee....hmm" she scribbled on her pad "I like my girls dark too." I said smiling at her she looked down blushing. "I'll be back with your drinks." she said walking away.

"aye bruh." I turned to ray. "she cute right." I looked back at her "yeah.." I said to myself "oooooo finally little Chico going to get a girlfriend." I shoved Craig "whatever man." I noticed the girl coming back. "so here's your oj your sprite and your coffee." she said placing the cups down. "hey sit with us." I said pulling a chair by me. "I can't I have to-" "she's on a lunch break." Craig announced.

Always got my back Craig. "so what's your name?" ray asked "jennifer.." she said "im ray." "I'm Craig." "Jacob is the name beautiful." she smiled "well nice to meet you guys and thank you." she said referring to my compliment. "hey can i get your number?" I asked her she gave me a thinking face. "hmm." she smiled "sure." she wrote it on my hand. "now I gotta go so bye boys." I pulled her arm back to me "I'll call you." she blushed and nodded walking away.
