Coffee Run

Niall and I walk to the parking lot. Niall walks me over to a red Ferrari. I didn't know Niall and Cat came from a rich family. Cat never mentioned it.

Niall open the door for me, letting me slide into the black leather seats. I give him a small smile, silently saying thanks, while he gives me a small nod. He shuts the door and rushes over to the drivers side. He turns on the radio, the volume blaring, as we speed off.

We are listening to a rap station. I reach over and turn the volume down. He looks at me, then puts his attention back on the road. "What was that for?" He asks. "I'm not a fan of rap," I mutter. He gives a chuckle and says, "Well you better learn to." He turns the volume back up just as we are pulling into a Starbucks.

I step out of the car before he has enough time to open the door. He gives me a little glare, but then just smirks. We walk in and order our drinks. I was about to sit down at a table when he grabs my arm.

"Let's walk." We walk out of the Starbucks and strolled down the sidewalk. We made small talk about our family and he told me about his Ireland exchange program. I was about to ask him about Cat and Harry when we run into a girl about our age.

"H-hey Bella, right?" She gives him a nasty glare and spits, "Stella!" I really didn't understand what was going on. Why is he so nervous? He tugs at my arm to drag us away, but it's to late. She slaps him right across the face, tears pooling in her eyes. She turns her attention towards me. "You better be careful, he's nothing but shit!" She turns on her heels and storms off.

My mouth fell open. I was completely stunned. I looked over at Niall to see him rubbing the red hand print on his face. He looks at me apologetically.

What the hell just happened?
