chapter 9

Prom

Being seniors they all go to prom this year. It was going to be great, at least they all hoped so. This is how each of them was asked....

CHEY

Cheyenne was the first to be asked. Jace asked her two months before prom. It was at a cafe in town. They were having lunch together. All of both of their friends were with them. Have got everyone's attention. The entire place was silent. He stood on the table. Jace said, "Cheyenne I love you. I'm glad to be your boyfriend. I was hoping this would be a good time and place to ask you. So will you do me the wonderful honer of going to prom with me." Chey was so surprised. She agreed immediately to go with him. It was a beautiful perfect  ask.

Madi

She was asked not long after Chey. Almost a week after Chey was asked. Jack asked her to prom at a baseball game. He bought her a jersey and some candy. He casually asked her.  Madi agreed glad he didn't make a huge deal about asking her.

Hay

Jonathan asked Hailey two weeks after Madi was asked. Jon asked her dad before asking her. He obviously agreed. Jon then asked Hay. They were at one of his track meets. He stole the Mic from the caller and asked her with everybody around. The team, family, the other schools teams, and the coaches all heard and saw Jonathan asked Hailey. She in turn stole the Mic from Jonathan and said in one word yes.

Ally
She was asked nearly a month after Cheyenne was asked. David asked her at school. It was in the middle of math class. David just asked her. All of the other kids in the class were staring at them. He asked her casually, yet he asked her kinda big. Ally said yes. The entire class even the teacher applauded.

Courtney
Eric asked Courtney a week after David asked Ally. They were at his house. That night she was having dinner with Eric  and his family. He made sure to have all of his family's attention. There was his mom, dad, and little sister. He asked her once they all got quite. Courtney obviously agreed to go.

Kenslie

Cameron asked Kenslie two weeks before prom. They were having a picnic lunch. Cam said." Kenslie, will you go to prom with me? It's a little late, so it may be a long shot. "  Kenslie was surprised. She didn't expect him to ask since prom was in only two weeks. Kenslie said she would go though.
