Our Future Unfolds

chapter 17

                           College
Every one of them is going to somewhere college. I mean it's a passage to life. A place where you can fall in love or break in every way. A place where you find who you are supposed to be. Just like high school. None of them got a scholarship, but they all got excepted  Here's what college each of them got into.

Ally.  Ally filled put applications to many colleges. She filled them put on line and in a paper application. She would settle for any good college. But there was a specific one she wanted more than anything to be accepted into. That was The University of Florida. It was a good college, and she wanted to go there for a while now. 
And two weeks before graduation she was accepted. One day before school ally checked the mail and noticed a letter from the university. She opened it immediately. When ally read the letter she literally screamed. All my was super excited that she was accepted into her dream college.

Kenslie. Being a busy person Kenslie didn't fill out to many applications. Only like two. She had her heart set on a college. The same one her older sister went to. Berry college. Kenslie wanted to follow in her big sister's footsteps and go there. It was a very good school with great programs. The students were smart and she girl in well.
About a month before she was to graduate , Kenslie got a letter. It was a officially marked letter in a big white envelope. Kenslie was nervous about opening it , so she waited until Hailey, Madison, Courtney , ally, and Cheyenne were with her. Kenslie opened it slowly and carefully. Much to her surprise it was an acceptance letter. Kenslie was going to Berry college.

Cheyenne.  Trying to be well prepared Chey filled out at least ten forms for colleges. A few she applied to were The University of Georgia, Full Sail University, and a smaller college in California. Chey knew she had to get into one college or another. Her dream college though was the very first she applied to. Full Sail University was that college. It had the exact programs and types of people she loved. It was a good school.
One day before graduation while at school , Cheyenne's mom texted her saying she had mail. The thought of her mom texted her at school made Chey suspicious. When she got home she found out that the mail was a letter from a certain college. She opened it quite violently. Then holding her breathe Chey read the letter. Then she freaked out. She was jumping up and down and screaming.

Hailey. She is a prepared person who filled out multiple applications. She had to have filled out like five different ones. She was hopeful that at least one would accept her. Considering she would be the first person in her family to go to college, she had to set an example. Hailey wanted especially for the Academy of Arts in San Francisco to accept her. It was an overall great school.
Hailey found out about being accepted about a week and a half before graduation. The letter came in the mail on a Saturday afternoon. She was scared to open it at first thinking that it was a letter saying she didn't make it. She opened it though ,and was pretty much astounded when it said she was accepted. The first thing Hailey did after calming down was call her friends , then her boyfriend. She was really really excited and happy.

Madison. She wanted to go somewhere not to far from home, but far enough to get away. Madison only applied to three colleges , mostly because she was busy. Though she would be happy getting in any college , even though she wanted school to be over already, she had that one on her mind. The University of Alabama. You see Madi is a Alabama fan, so she wanted to attend there.
She got the letter three weeks after applying. It was in a small , clean, white envelope. The big red A in the corner. She received it early one day. Madison took it to her room to open it . She was accepted. Though she didn't scream or jump up and down, Madi showed it to everyone.

Courtney. She applied to a ton of colleges. Courtney was ready to begin the next phase in her life, which was college for now. The more she contemplated the ones she could be accepted to , the more she hoped. Being the dreamer type she dreamt and imagined getting into a college. That one special college that to get stood out among the others. That school was Harvard. Not for the law program , but for the medical program.
Courtney received the letter only days before she was to graduate. The letter made her a little on edge about opening it. Once all of her friends and family were around , she decided to open it. Slowly she read the letter aloud to everyone. Continuously she read it until she realized it was real. Courtney was congratulated and hugged by everyone there especially her friends.
