TIME
Okay. Here's the first batch of POVS on the concept of time. Enjoy.
Time is forever. You gave me time, a little piece of forever. Thank you for the small eternity I shared with you.
Time stopped for me when you were with me. Now that you're gone, I had to stop time on my own. Living in the stars isn't as bad as it once seemed to me.
Of all the stars in the sky, and of all the sand on the beach, you gave me but a moment. Just one. One that I will cherish for as long as I can.
They say love is timeless. It's not. Love has to come to a full stop, an end. But through it all, know I have loved you with every fibre of my being. And after that, every fibre of my soul. For the time of love we had, once shared, I say it once again. I love you.
Every life is like a grain of sand. Of all but a few, with time we trickle away into the meaninglessness. But time still goes on, and with it, we remain.
The time I had with you seemed eternal. Like a dream. But like all dreams, your time with me ended. You had to leave. But Time is gracious, because I can see you again when I just close my eyes.
Time is both a friend and an enemy. The world we live in both adores it and despises it.
Hope. Joy. Love . Peace. Warmth. Happiness. But Time always has a price. Agony. Pain. Loss. Numbness. Hurt. Guilt. Time has a balance, one that cannot be broken. Time gives us what it can, before we must endure what it throws in our path.
