---Shehry's POV ---
"Doctor!!!" I ran out yelling.
I quickly found one and tell her what happen.
She ran into the room while I waited.
"I'm sorry. She's passed away," she said.
I was shocked by that. I didn't know what to say or what to do.
"Bhai. Kya hua?" Hussian asked.
I was suprised he showed up. I didn't even tell which hospital.
I went on and told him everything that happen.
"She's gone," I said.
"Well," he said but didn't carry on.
"Ya?" I questioned.
"Maybe, she's in a better place now. She's with her family, that's what she wanted right?" He asked.
"I don't know. Hussain, usna mera saath asa kyu kiya? I could have fixed things. She didn't even give me a chance," I said, my voice cracking.
He pulled a piece of note paper out of his pocket and handed it to me.
Kuch pal jeelo shayhad phir hum na mila. Yaad karlo shayhad phir waqt na mila. Chale jayenge tumhari zindagi sa ithna dhoor, ke haqeeqt toh kya, shayhad khawbo'n main bhi nah mila.
"What is this?" I asked.
"I don't know. I found it and brought it," he said.
-----Several years later ----
3RD PERSONS POV
"Shehry, I understand if you don't want to come," Hussian said.
"Abhay kamini, tumari shaddi and you think I'd miss it," Shehry said.
"Acha, well I'm leaving. You will bring everyone else right?" Hussian asked.
"Acha baba. I'll bring them, abh tu jha," Shehry said.
Both brothers went their separate ways. Everyone had arrived at the wedding hall. Everyone except for Shehry.
"Where's Shehry?" Waqas asked.
"I don't know. Call him, I have strong feeling something isn't right," Hussian said.
The people who Shehry was told to pick up arrived in the hall and he sighed a sigh of relief.
"Kamina late ho gaya," he said to himself.
The wedding took place and after it ended he realized his brother was no show throughout the wedding.
"Shehry kaha hai?" He asked one of the people.
"He said, he's going to find a better parking spot," she said.
"Okay thanks," he said.
He went and gathered his close friends and family.
"Someone please Shehry koh phone karo," he said.
Everyone had tried his phone but he didn't pick up.
"Hello," Atif said.
Finally!
"WHAT?!" He asked shocked.
He hung up and didn't say anything.
"Ati, kya hua?" Hussian asked.
"Shehry," Atif replied.
"Kya hua Shehry kho?" Hussian asked afraid of the answer.
"He's no longer with us," Atif replied.
"WHAT?!" Everyone asked suprised.
"I called and the nurse picked up his phone and said he was met with a head on collision. Someone saw and took him to the hospital where he..he passed," Atif said.
---Hussian's POV ----
My world shattered.
Yeh kya hua? Today was supposed to be the happiest day of my life and it turned out to be the worse.
I didn't even have it in me to move. I just sat and cried. I wanted my brother back. I wanted those pointless fights and the name calling back. I wanted the person I could talk to about anything back. In fact I needed him back. He's the one that knows what to do. He's the older one, not me. He's the reason, I never acted like a grown up, because to me was the grown up and I was a kid to him.
We had all gone home and I went outside. I looked up to the sky and saw 2 stars shining brighter than the rest.
Without realizing it, I found myself smiling.
Kamal hai bhai and bhabi. Look how bright you two are and yet you couldn't be that bright here? I mean come on. What torture is this? You all couldn't have just fixed everything here?
Well now that you two are finally together, I don't know what to really say or feel. Shehry, I'm still mad at you for not coming to the wedding, when I get up there I'm going to kick you a*s. Til then, bhabi if you'll do it please.
I realized I had tears running down my face. I wiped them off.
Miss you guys.
