Well... The fall formal passed and so did many days of my freshman year. The same old things happened. I mostly stayed to myself trying to forget what Peter did to me. Humiliation. I was embarrassed. I sat in the back of class, made no friends, and skipped every social event the school put on. Now it's sophomore year and I can drive. This is the only thing I have left to me. A girl that can drive.
I got my schedule for sophomore year:
1st biology
2nd band
3rd world history
4th P.E
5th Spanish II
6th theology II
7th English II
8th geometryMost of my teachers loved me. I was a good student with a 4.0 GPA.
It was now 3rd period. I saw some people I didn't really know in the class. I decided to try to make some friends, see if people have forgotten who I was."Hey I'm Samantha." I said as I turned to the girl beside me and to her other friend. I didn't think I ever had classes with them.
"Oh hey I'm Chloe and this is Grace." They looked at each other and exchanged a look. "Would you want to hang out with us later" Grace said with a smile.
"Sure why not!" I said trying to act cool.
They gave me there numbers so I could text them later on too.Chloe had dirty blonde hair. She was tall and had green eyes. She was really funny along with Grace. They were so much alike and so fun to be around. I think I finally found a group of friends.
But then, I turn around to face the front of the classroom and he walks in.
He's so cute! What is his name. I don't think I've ever seen him before. Oh my he looked at me. Oh shoot he's coming over her. Ahh I hope he didn't notice I was starring."Hey is this seat taken?" He asked me.
"Nope it's not." I said trying not to freak out.
"Alright I'll sit here then." He gave me a fist pump and then smiled at me. Clearly he hasn't heard about me. Or have people grown up? Maybe things really do change.
I'm just a girl, that likes a mystery guy.
