I'm Already there (Gravity Falls short story)

"I'm here for you."

It was a rainy night in the Mystery Shack where Wendy just got off her shift for the night.

"Good night Mr. Pines!"

Wendy walked out into the living room and heard whimpering. She looked to see Dipper crying in the couch. She didn't say anything at first, but felt like she should make sure he is okay.

Wendy's (POV)

I walked over to Dipper, and saw he was really up set. I stayed quite for another minute before I spoke up.

"Dipper?"

"W...Wendy!"

"Dipper, what's wrong?"

"Nothing, I...I'm fine."

"Dude, we both know that you suck at lying. Now tell me."

He sighed before he looked at me in the eyes. Just by looking in his eyes, I could tell that he has been hurt, really bad. He shed another tear before speaking.

"A girl I was with, was just playing with me! She used me Wendy!"

He put his face in his hands crying. I had to do something, I couldn't let him stay like that.

Dipper's (POV)

I continued to weep until I felt a pair of arms wrap around me. I looked to see Wendy was holding me. She picked me up and layed on the couch with me in her arms. She put a blanket on us, and I cried in her arms. Every time I cried a little harder, she held me tighter. When I was crying I heard her praying to god. She said to look after, her family and Mabel and Stan and Soos and......me. I hugged her tighter after I heard my name. When she was done, I felt her rest her head on mine. I looked up at her, and she whipped one of my tears away.

"Dipper, I know you're hurt, but it's okay, I'm here."

"Please don't go Wendy."

"I won't, I promise. You want me to stay over night with you?"

"Yes, I need you here right now."

"Don't worry, I'm not going anywhere."

She held me tighter and I held her back. I didn't want to let her go, I wanted to stay like that for ever. I felt safe in her arms, like nothing could hurt me. I started to calm down as she held me.

Wendy's (POV)

He was finally starting to calm down, which made me happy to see that. But I'm keeping my word, I'm not going anywhere. I continued to hold him, until he actually fell asleep in my arms. I smiled and kissed his forehead goodnight. Held him tighter and whispered in his ear...

"No matter where you are, or what ever happens. When you need me..."

"I'm already there...."
