I'm sitting on me and my husband's bed in our room with our son , we're looking at me and my husband's memory book I made over the years from the academy and to now . " Mommy , who's this? " he asked . " Kakeru that's me , that's what I looked like when I was sixteen . " I said . " Your hair was short . " he said . " I know , but it grew a lot . " I said . Kakeru then pointed to another picture , he looked curious . " Mommy who's this with you? " he asked . " Kakeru that's me and your aunt yuki , we were best friends back at the academy . " I said . " What about aunt riley? " he asked . " Aunt riley is my sister kakeru , aunt yuki is daddy's sister . " I said . " Oh . " he said . I laughed , he's just so cute . 3 years have pasted really fast , I remember when I was holding him for the first time .
He was tiny and small , but still cute . But he's grown a lot , he may only be 3 but he's still grown a lot . He looks more like kaname each day , just wait until he reaches 17 or 18 years he'll look like a spitting image of kaname! Then it will be hard to tell the difference of who's who , but we have time . Kakeru has kaname's hair and eyes , but he has my pale skin . Kakeru then shares me and kaname's personality , he's stubborn and curious like me . He's smart and honest like kaname , but he's also other many things . Kakeru is just so happy , curious and full of life . It's like nothing can make him unhappy , and it makes me realize how lucky I am to have him as my son .
" Mommy is this you and daddy? " kakeru asked he pointed at a picture . It was the picture of me and kaname at my 17th birthday , that was a long time ago . " Yep , that's me and daddy on my 17th birthday . " I said . " You look pretty there mommy . " he said . " Thanks , and look at this one . " I said as I pointed at one . I pointed at the one of me and riley on my birthday , she was happy that day . " That's me and aunt riley . " I said . " Really! Aunt riley was small there! " he said excitedly . " That's cause she was seven years old there , she was only four years older then you there . " I said . " Cool! " he said happily . I then pointed to a picture of me , kaname with yuki and zero . " Who's that? " I asked kakeru . " That's you and daddy with aunt yuki and uncle zero! " he said excitedly .
" Yep . " I said . " Uncle zero is smiling . " he said . " Yeah , we managed to get him to smile . " I said . Zero hasn't been smiling much , but after him and yuki got married he's smiled a lot more! Which is good! And just to say , they're expecting they're first child in a month . Yuki is about 5 months , and it's only the first month . I'm happy for them , and they're baby is a girl . Yuki told all of us yesterday , maybe kakeru and they're little girl will end up together in the future . Maybe , and we found out something . Kakeru is a pureblood , just like kaname! Yep , we found out last year . It suprised me , but it also made me happy . I flipped the book a few pages , and then I some pictures of me and kaname at our wedding .
" Look kakeru , it's me and daddy at our wedding . " I said as I pointed at the picture of me and kaname . " You and daddy look happy . " he said . " We were happy that day , cause it meant that me and daddy would be able to be together forever . Plus it also meant my last name would change to daddy's ." I said . " Really? " he asked . " Yep . " I said . " Cool! " he said excitedly . " Do I have daddy's last name too? " he asked . " Yep , your middle name is also daddy's name too . " I said . " Really? " he asked . " Yep , your full name is Kakeru Kaname Kuran . " I said . " What's daddy's name mommy? " he asked . " It's kaname , and mines alexis . But people just call me alex for short , and I just call daddy by his name . " I said .
Suddenly I felt a kick , it's aleah . Yep , as promised me and kaname are having another kid , and it's a girl . Her full name is " Aleah alexis nicole kuran " , kaname suggested that we her middle name be my first name and middle name . He thinks it's cute , it's a nice name . I could have came up with a better middle name , but I do admit it is a cute name . And I like it , so the name stays! Kakeru can't wait to meet aleah , he's so excited to see his little sister for the first time! He really wants to be a big brother , and he said he's gonna protect aleah . He'd just like kaname , he was all about protecting yuki . Me and kaname think it's cute that kakeru wants to protect his sister , but I agree it's a good sign . It's a good sign .
Kakeru looks to me , and then puts his little hands on my bulging stomach . " Sissy , when you gonna be here? " he asked . I laughed to myself , he's just too cute . I grab kakeru's little hand , and I place it on the spot on my stomach the aleah is kicking . She's been a bit jumpy this morning , maybe it's cause we were talking about kaname . Yeah , she's a daddy's girl . But kaname is a mommy's girl , so we both have a kid . Heh heh . When he felt her kick , his eyes lit up in excitement and happiness . " She's kicking! " kakeru said joyfully . " I know . " I said as I laughed . " Let's go tell daddy! " kakeru said . " Okay , but you've got to help me up . " I said . Kakeru immediately got up , I tried to get up but kakeru grabbed my hand and helped me up . He's so sweet! I'm so lucky! So we go downstairs , and we see kaname .
Kaname is in the livingroom sitting in his seat by the table playing none other then ...... chess . He plays so much chess , but oh well . Kakeru runs downstairs quickly , and I walk to follow him . Once I'm downstairs , I can see that kakeru is already in kaname's arms . " Daddy! Sissy is kicking! I felt it! She kicked my hand! " kakeru said excitedly to kaname . Kaname smiled , and looked at him . " She does that , she's just showing that's she's here . " he chuckled . Kaname looked at me , and I smiled . " She was , we were talking about you so that's probably why she was kicking . " I said . I walked over to them , kaname put his left arm around me well tried and pulled me to him .
" Will sissy be here soon? " kakeru asked . " Yes , she'll here soon . Or she could come today , it just depends on her . " I said . " Indeed . " kaname said . We've only got 2 more years until kakeru gets his training fangs , then he'll get his real ones when he's 15 . Riley still hadn't gotten hers , she's got 2 more years left cause she's only 13 . Then when kakeru turns 10 years old he'll have his pureblood powers , kaname will have to teach him how to use them and control them . Kaname still needs to control his anger , he keeps breaking his chess pieces and the glass . He broke our bathroom mirror just by looking at it when he got mad! I was like " Damn kaname! You can't just go breaking things like willy nilly whenever you want! You've got to control your anger! "
But of course he still don't listen , he's stubborn and hardheaded if you ask me . But that's one of the reasons why I love him , it's one not the whole reason . I have other reasons why I love him , and I know them all by heart . Suddenly I felt a pain in my stomach and something wet between my legs , I think my water just broke . Holy sh*t! " Kaname .... hospital .... now . " I said . Kaname knee immediately that aleah's coming , he put kakeru down got out hospital bags , grabbed kakeru and me then we were off to the hospital . Again . Well , aleah will be here in a few hours or so . So all we have to do is wait , we've got time . Right?
