Chapter 6 ♛

3 weeks later...

I moved over with striking pain hitting me instantly. I yelled and groaned making Addison jump up fast.

"Jae lay back down I'll be right back."

"But I have to pee." I whined and pouted.

"Okay just please let me get a nurse first." He got up and walked out to find a nurse.

You guessed it. Yes, I'm in the hospital. I've been in this bitch for a week and I'm in more pain then what I was in when I ended up in this bitch. Shit is Ridiculous!!

He came back with my nurse and he helped me to the bathroom. It hurt with every movement I made so it was trouble to do much. I finished and got back in bed. Just then the doctor came in.
"Morning Mrs. Baxter." I immediately looked at Addison.  He smiled at me and paid attention to the doctor.

"Hey Dr. Campbell." I smiled at him.

"How you feeling? What's your pain level? 1-10"

"I'd say a 8. Still hurts like hell to wiggle my toes let alone moving my entire body."

"Ahhh, we're gonna have to keep you here for a few more days. Just until the pain at least goes down to a 3 or 2. Have you been taking your medication?" He scribbled on his clipboard.

"Yes I have. Jeffrey makes sure I take them."

"Okay, I'll be back later to check up on you." He said bye to us and left out.

Jeffrey checked my my heart rate and all that before making me take my meds. After we we're finished, he left out. Addison stood up and stood next to the bed. He looked down at me with sorrow and held my hand.

"They found him baby. We're gonna make up a plan, he's gonna pay for what he did." My heart literally fluttered when he said that.

Yup, that dickhead is the reason why I'm in here. It happened so fast though. One minute me & him we're arguing & next thing, I wake up in the hospital beaten up like a rag doll. Addison found me beaten up the way I was and took me to the hospital. After I woke up, he told me what happened & my blood began to boil and I was just hot for hours. After all that happened, he up and disappeared. But they found him so I guess their plotting now.

"Baby you okay?" I shook out of my thoughts.

"Of course." I smiled making him smile back.

"Lemme get in with you. Scoot over." I did my best and scooted over and he laid with me.

My head was on his chest & I watched our fingers intertwine. He kissed my forehead.

"What are we gonna do?"

"When we leave, you are gonna go back to my house & get some sleep. I don't want you on your feet unless you absolutely have to." I looked up at him like he was crazy.

"But th-"

"But nothing. I mean what I say. Imma have someone watching you while I'm out. You can have some friends over if you want. End of discussion." He said all without looking at me.

I sighed defeat and turned my head back to the tv.

"And besides, being in the house will give you time for you to decorate the new Nursery." I sat up, well tried to look at him so I shifted my head up to look up at him completely. He was smiling.

"We don't what gender he or she is?"

"Well get the basic things. A crib, Changing table, a little bed or sofa for us and stuff like that. Just so we don't have to worry in the future." I smiled so wide, even though I was in pain I didn't care because I was so happy. I all the sudden just started crying.
