Prologue

" J.C  the hell is this and the killer got away?"

The state detective stood there nauseated and fearing for the community. He'd nearly lost his breakfast when he'd first arrivd at the scene.The body did not need a forensics patologist or medical examiner to determin the cause of death. It was obvious. Torture and blood loss. The scene was chilling and grusome yet without a trace of blood to indicate a trail or evidence. The state detective wondered whether the body had been dragged from elsewhere and what was the victim doing out of his jurisdiiction to lead him to this horrible death. The body layed splayed  in a trandelnsburge position, hands had been pulled and tied behing his back and the under garments pulled down around the ankles. His mouth was gagged and a cellow -green sticky fluid had seeped out and dried on his beared and neck.

"No witnesse. Poor guy probably never had a fighting chance." The forensic photgrapher hypothisized.

It was obvious- this hadn't been a robbery. the walet, lighter a neer can along with other personal items most likely belonging to the victim litered the green grass. Distorting the beatiful forest into a horror scene. The fingers of one hand were lined up surrounding his head the other arm was missing and the left knee had been split open. the corps lay in its own feces.

Closing his eyes for a minute, he took a deep breath as the words pounded in his head. "Follow my trail, I will lead you to justice." He had a hunch but that was what had left the mainland detective in a corps. But first he would contact the Marshals and the stae of Illinoise.

All spectators had been cleared and the vocation spot closed down. If the killer was still out there, they'd be better off indoors. 

The killer wanted to be found.
