Conspiracy Theory: Ash's Coma (Pokemon)

So, there is a conspiracy theory about Ash actually being in a coma. I've never personally watched the show from the beginning but.. 

Ash was hit by lightning and supposedly put him in a coma. And now, what you guys watch, is what he's dreaming. It does make sense. He doesn't age at all! And in every town he goes to, there is the same nurse. Why? Because it's his nurse.

Now, I don't know the whole story. So if you could.. Comment down below what the whole conspiracy theory is, unless I just covered the basic.
