The definition of Fre-e-my is 'a person with whom one is friendly despite a fundamental dislike or rivalry.' This chapter I will cover the difference between friends, enemies and you guessed it, frenemies.

Friends

With a friend you can be free to be yourself and you shouldn't feel pressured to do anything or be anyone but yourself. With friends you are able to put their needs before yours, that's if you want to. With friends you don't fight so much and your friendship can last. If you fight too much, one of you guys might snap and become un-besties. If you never fight then that's good but when you guys have your first fight then it might be scary, so I am here to help. With fights try to keep listening to the other person or people in the fight. Oh, by the way I don't mean physical fights I mean verbal fights. Try to also see where the other person is coming from, maybe they have a point and you are in your mind set so much that you don't see their points. Try to contribute as much as you feel is needed and try not to say anything like, "your wrong" or "just drop it, I'm right."

Enemies

It's okay to have an enemy but just think it through first, is it a thing an enemy would do or is it flat out bullying? Is it hatred towards each other or do you/they think difrently? An enemy is someone of whom you are rivals with. It means that you probably despise each other. A good way (if you want) to stop being enemies is to ask the other person "what is bugging you?" or if it's you who declared you as enemies, "what can we do to fix it?" If they still want to be enemies, that's fine just give them their space. When it comes down to it, maybe it's not even your fault? If you wish you could take back what you said or did then talk it through with them and try to let them talk.

Frenemies

When you have a frenemy, I guess then your okay. I have had one or two but it feels better then having an enemy, trust me. But that's only my opinion, maybe it's better to have a enemy in your opinion and that's fine. With frenemies, you should probably watch what you say/do because the water is already shaky. One wrong move can cost you. But it also depends on what type of friendship you had or have. If you guys had a good friendship then maybe a bit of space or a talk might help ease the problem but if you had a bad friendship, it might be best to leave them alone and if they are ever ready to start up your friendship again.
