Chapter #10- The Hitman

I gasped for air as I jumped up, it was all just a dream...

* Holy shit dude...* Yeah, I never usually have nightmares, ever. Let alone something like that! I looked around the living space, nothing seemed out of place. Maybe I shouldn't be worried.. Then I heard someone walk in. I hid around the corner with my pocket knife in hand. It was just Jeff.

I became less tense, and walked to him.

" I thought you would be asleep." He cocked an eyebrow.

" I Just woke up from a nightmare." I smiled, and kissed him on the cheek. He leaned in and gave me a small.. Gentle kiss. It was surprising how gentle a killer could be... Then again.. I am one too. He held me tight.

" Don't ever break our family again.." His voice shook as he whispered those words in my ear. " If I can't have you... No one will.... Our children will grow up without a mother.... I mean that." His words were beginning to be choked by tears. I wrapped my arms around his neck.

" I won't. It's just us and our children now." I whispered back. Then his nails dug into my skin, until I felt blood trickle down my back.

" I don't believe you... You're a liar.... A cheat.... " I didn't respond... I knew his words were true. " You must be kept inside. Around no one." He pulled back and glared at me.

" I-I know.." I whispered..

" And I know who you killed.." His glare felt like daggers going through me. I shot up, how could he know?

" H-How could you know?..."

" A little birdy told me. Why did you kill his fiance?" He grabbed me by the throat and pinned me to the wall. " Are you jealous?! You want him to yourself huh?!" I choked as I tried to speak. Was I jealous?

* He's right... For once. You love Tim.."

" You don't love me!" He threw me on the ground, and hovered over me.

" J-Jeff--" He interrupted me.

" Shut the fuck up! Don't explain yourself! You love him! Thats why you left me!" He grabbed my hair and pulled me close to his face. " You'll be lucky if you live to see our child grow up." He spat at me. I began to tremble.

" What do I have to do to live?" I asked. He pushed me on the ground, and walked away.

* I guess you have to suck up to him some more.* I should never have left. I was tricked, a fool... I put myself and Snow in danger. And we still are.

Then I heard someone knocking at the door. I went to go look who it was, but Jeff beat me to it. It was Ben.

" What are you doing here?" Jeff asked.

" It's Masky.." he sighed. My heart nearly dropped, as I saw Jeff tense up.

" What about him?" Jeff barked.

" He's planning something..." Ben said as he looked at me with a worried look...He's going to kill me. I should have never saved him.

* You should have let him burn....* Yeah. What the hell was I thinking?

" She's not safe here Jeff. Neither is Snow. " Jeff turned to look at me.

" I'm taking Snow to Slendy's. You may come if you want... Unless you would rather wait for your ' True Love' to come. And watch yourself die." He turned away towards our room. Ben shook his head, and sat on the couch. I walked slowly to our room, to see Jeff packing our bags. But I was only greeted with a glare... Nothing unusual. I began to help him with our bags, and his glare softened.

Once we were done with our bags, we quietly packed Snow's, walking all the way to Slendy's with a screaming infant isn't the greatest idea. But we managed to do it quickly.

About a half an hour later, we managed to leave without anyone noticing. And on the way to Slendy's, there was nothing. No talking, Snow wasn't crying, no cars. Just the pure silence..

Masky's/Tim's POV-

I cannot ever forgive that bitch, Lucy, for what she's done.... She obviously was easily fooled, because who in their right minds would trust a killer? Not everyone is a dumbass like Jeff. Amanda trusted me... but I've loved her since freshman year in high school, before all of this.... I promised I would never let anyone hurt her, when I told her my secret. But I have failed you Amanda... But I will avenge your death... I will murder Lucy Evergreene.....

I'm walking downtown, trying to look for some answers... Some ideas.. Slendy would never let me kill Lucy. So I will have to find someone who would...

I heard screaming down an unfamiliar alley.. So I decided to take a look, there was no one in the alley yet, but I looked up to see a couple of people fighting on a apartment balcony.

One was a girl, black curly hair, from what I could see, blue eyes. And she was wearing a black hoodie, black jeans, and converse. I stepped into the shadows... Hopefully this will be good.

" You piss me off Nate!" She screamed. Nate stepped into the light more, he had short brown hair, green eyes, and he was wearing Aeropostal clothing.

" Just shut up, you annoying bitch!" He slapped her, as he spat those words at her.

" You know what? I'm DONE! I have dealt with your shit for the past five years!" She ran inside as he sat on the balcony, his back facing the apartment.

" What the hell are you gonna do? Leave me? Haha! That's a joke!" He chuckled as he lit a cigarette. Then.. She came out, with what looks like a... Samurai sword?

" Haha.... No... much worse than that..." She giggled, as she walked to the balcony... HAHA! YES!

He looked back, to see his fate. She pressed the sword against his back, making him shiver...

" Zoe.. No.. You wouldn't really do this..." Then she pushed him off the balcony, making him land on the hard concrete.. His body twitching, But surprisingly still breathing. She hopped down on the dumpster below. And walked to him. And picked him up by his throat.

" Goodbye Nate.." She chuckled and stabbed her sword into his chest...

Moments later she yanked her sword from him, and giggled.. I walked out from the shadows, and began clapping. She jumped and pointed her sword at me.

" Don't come any closer!!" She yelled, she of course, was no threat to me.

" Settle down. I need you to do me a favor." I said, still walking toward her.

" And why would I do that?" She scoffed.

" Because, I could easily report you to the police. For killing your lovely boyfriend there." She gave a sigh, and she tried to hide the worry.

" What do you want me to do?"

" I need you to kill someone for me."

" Fine. Who?"

" A girl named, Lucy Evergreene..."
