Okay so this was requested by DinaRohali this is going to be set before Kaneki joined Aogiri tree ( is that how you spell it?) Anyway on with the story

You were sitting in your favourite spot in Anteiku, which was near the window, you heard the sound of the door opening and two pairs of footsteps coming towards you.

"Hey, (Y/N)-chan!" Said a very loud and annoying Hide. You looked at him with a annoyed look "Hide I'm not deaf no need to shout" you clearly stated to the orange haired teen. "She's right Hide, no need to shout we are in doors after all" Said a voice.

You turned to where the voice was to only see your crush Kaneki Ken. You've known him since you were kids. You only discovered your feelings towards the black haired teen 5 weeks ago you've attempted to confess to him but it didn't go according to plan.

~ flashback ~

You were making your way to the schools library, knowing that's where you would find Kaneki 'I can't believe I'm going to confess this is so embarrassing' you thought to yourself. You opened the doors to the library and made your way to the table where Kaneki is sat, "Hey Kaneki, I've got something to tell you" you said shyly.

Kaneki looked up from his book and gave you a small smile "Sure what do you want to tell me?" He asked you twirled a lock of your (h/l) (h/c) hair "w-well you see, I-I li-" you were interrupted by a very loud "KANEKI WHERE ARE YOU?!" You turned to where the voice came from "Hide don't yell we're in a library" Kaneki said as he tried to hush Hide.

You walked out of the library slightly disappointed that you were interrupted

~ end of flashback ~

"Hey Kaneki" you said with a smile he smiled back at you and replied "hello (y/n)-chan" both Kaneki and Hide sat down at the table. You've talked about life and school but it came to that time where you had to go home.

"I'll see you guys later" you said as you were about to leave "yeah see you soon (Y/N)" Hide said you left the Coffee shop, and began walking but you felt a hand hold onto your wrist you turned around to see Kaneki he looked flustered.

"(F-f/n, please wait I want to ask you something" He said with a small stutter you turned around to look at him properly, "what do you wanna ask me?" You asked Slightly confused "well (y/n) I-I love you w-will you be my girlfriend?" He asked shyly you smiled at him and hugged him, "Kaneki I love you too and I would love to be your girlfriend" you replied happily.

You and Kaneki shared a sweet kiss you both pulled away and smiled at one another, "I love you (Y/N)" "I love you too Kaneki"
