"yeah, I'm more relieved than heartbroken."

"yeah, but we grew apart."

Zayn and I have been friends since the dawn of time. we were both extremely successful. he was a singer, I was a model. we were inseparable back then and we still are now. I travel with him just about everywhere and vice versa.

"want some ice cream?" I offered.

"yeah," he mumbled and nodded.

I chuckled and kissed his forehead, "I'll be back."

we spent the rest of the night, cuddling, watching movies, eating ice cream.

"I love you, okay?" I hummed to zayn.

he brushed off the comment, not knowing I loved him more than a best friend.
