Jessica's P.O.V
White.
Black.
I fluttered my eyes open and something white blinded me. I quietly groaned and sat up. A sharp pain was sent to my head. I shut my eyes and inhaled sharply. "Jessica, are you okay?" A rather deep voice asked me. I slowly exhaled and opened my eyes. I was met with a curly haired boy. His eyes were tinted pink and his cheeks were recently wet.
"Jessica?" I asked him. He walked over to me and grabbed my hand, I jerked it back. "Look, babe, I'm sorry that I let this happen. P-please don't be mad." He told me, his voice partially cracking. I furrowed my eyebrows.
"Who are you?" I asked him. His eyes widened. A tear fell and he bit his lip. He left without a word. What the cheese is going on?! I looked my hands and stretched my fingers. I brought my attention to the door when I heard it open. A tall man with black hair and a long white coat walked in, followed by what looked like a teenaged boy with gorgeous brown, ruffled hair and bright blue eyes. His face shape looked perfectly molded. His nose was pointed in the most adorable way. His crystal blue eyes pierced into mine.
"Hello, miss Wright." The tall man spoke. I looked away from the boy "Uhm...Hello?" I responded. "What's your name?" He asked me. "Uhmm..." I muttered. "Do you know who I am?" The boy asked me. I shook my head no. He sighed. "Well I'm Louis." He told me as he stretched out my hand. "I don't know who I am." I responded with a laugh as I put my hand in his. It felt like chills were sent up through my body and sent my stomach a tickling sensation. "You're Jessica." He clarified. I smiled. "Jessica..." I whispered. "I like it." I told him. He smiled.
"Is she okay to leave?" Louis asked the doctor. I know I was supposed to be paying attention to the conversation but I couldn't get my eyes off of Louis. But who was that curly haired boy that was in here earlier? Louis smiled and a smile grew on my face. His simple smile made me happy. "Jessica, we're taking you home!" He exclaimed. I was a little shocked by his outburst but I adjusted after a moment and sent him a smile. "Yay?" I asked. He laughed "Yes, yay." He clarified. I smiled "YAY!" I exclaimed.
"Here are your clothes, we brought them just in case." Louis told me as he handed me a plastic bag. I smiled and took it, our fingers only touched for a second and the chills came back. I slowly started to move out of bed but a sharp pain in my head made me stop. "Owww.." I moaned as I gently brought my hand to my head. "Here, take these." The tall man said as he gave me some pills and a plastic cup filled with water. I took the pills and waited a moment. I tried getting up once again. I got on my feet for only a moment before my legs gave in. I fell on the white bed and whined.
"I can't do it." I complained as I crossed my arms. "Here, I'll help you." Louis suggested. He grabbed my arms and helped me up. I stayed up for a while. Louis held unto me until I found my balance. I looked at him once I was steady and our eyes met. His eyes were so vibrant, they were darker than the ocean on a stormy night but brighter that the reflection of the sun. I soon felt his breath make contact with my skin. A cough brought us back to reality and Louis slowly let go of me. "We'll leave you to change." The tall man said as he grabbed Louis' arm. The door closed and I was left alone.
I put on the clothes Louis gave me. He got me a loose grey shirt and some smooth baggy shorts. I put the clothes on and slowly walked out of the room, grasping for things to keep my balance. I tighyly grabbed the door knob and twisted it. I opened the door and walked a ways before I found Louis and the curly haired boy that was in my room. "Hey." I spoke quietly. The curly-headed one lifted his head from his hands. He softly smiled at the sight of me. "Hey." His deep voice responded.
"Let's get you home, your mother has been worried sick." Louis told me. "I have a mom?" I asked him with a smile. "Yes, yes you do." He told me with an inviting smile. "So...Are you my brother?" I asked him. He chuckled. "No, I'm your...Best friend, I suppose..." He told me a little unsure of what he was. "Curly here is your boyfriend." He told me with a blank expression. He chuckled to hide his feelings. I smiled and looked at the curly one. "Hi, I'm Jessica apparently." I teased. He managed a smile "I'm Harry." he responded.

"Bye Louis, bye Harry." I spoke as I exited the car. "Wait!" Louis said as he put the car in park. I closed the car door as Louis exited from his side. He came up and hugged me. "I was so worried." He muttered as he buried his face in my neck. I put one hand on the back of his head and the other on his back. "It's alright, I'm here now." I whispered. He pulled back and looked me in the eyes. He grabbed my face and started messing with my hair with the tips of his fingers. We stayed this way for a while. He opened his mouth to speak but nothing came out. He released me from from his grasp and walked back to the car without a word. I watched as they drove off.
I knocked on the door to my house. It was quickly opened by a middle-aged woman with brown hair. "Jessica!" She cried as she pulled me in for a hug. I gently hugged her back. "Jessica!" I heard another voice. My mother released me and I gave this mystery guy a hug. "Are you my brother?" I asked him. His face became blank. "Y-you don't...Remember?" He asked. "I'm sorry." I whispered. "I'm Jonathan, I'm your brother." He told me. I smiled "You're a good brother." I told him as I tightened my grip on him. He laughed and I released him.
"So, can I see my room?" I asked my mom. She smiled and walked down the stairs. I followed her. She opened the white door and I walked in. The walls were a teal blue, the bedding was pink and green pillows were scattered on the bed. There was a type of skateboard in the corner of the room next to a wide white dresser. There was a small wood desk on the opposite side. I felt the smooth yet worn wood of my dresser. I looked up and was met by...Myself?
I touched my face and my reflection copied. So this is what I look like? I'm...Pretty. I ran my fingers through my short, blond hair. I smiled wide to inspect my teeth, they were straight. "Did I have braces?" I asked my mom. She nodded with a smile. I smiled even wider. "Good thing I don't remember that." I joked. My mom and I shared a laugh. "Well, you should get some rest." She told me. I nodded and got ready for bed.

I lay in the darkness. Repeating Louis' words to me.
"I'm your...Best friend, I suppose." so I can't fall in love with him? But who said you can't fall in love with your best friend?
"Curly here is your boyfriend." Is he really?
"I was so worried.." He muttered as he buried his face in my neck.
I miss the feeling of his touch. I miss the feeling of his presence. I miss the feeling of his breath.
Whoever Louis is to me...He needs to be more.
