Chapter 8

*Liam's POV*

Perrie and Danielle were staying the night because they agreed to go see Ryan's fight with us. It was currently 2 in the morning as I walked down the stairs to the kitchen. I heard the front door open as a figure walked inside the house.

I flicked on the light, making the person jump. I noticed it was Ryan just getting home. She looked exhausted.

"Where've you been?" I asked her as she followed me into the kitchen.

"Training." She replied as she sat on a stool by the counter.

"Why so late?" I questioned as I began making tea.

"Just making sure I'm prepared for the big fight." She sighed.

"Speaking of your fight, you never gave us the details about where it's gonna be." I stated as I poured the hot water into the two mugs I had set out.

"I'll write a note and put it on the fridge later." She huffed as she stood up. "Night Li."

"Night Ryan." I smiled as I picked up the mugs full of tea.

I made my way upstairs and to my room. Once I closed the door with my foot, I walked over to my bed. Handing a mug to Danielle, I sat down beside her as we watched movies together.

*Harry's POV*

I opened up my eyes and blinked my eyelids rapidly, adjusting to the light streaming in through my window. Standing up out of bed, my feet hit the carpet. I left my room and began my trip down the steps.

Once I reached the bottom, I noticed everyone was in the kitchen eating breakfast. As I sat down by Louis, Liam set a plate down in front of me. I couldn't help but feel like something was missing. I thanked him as I began eating the delicious, fluffy pancakes that were on my plate.

"Where's Ryan?" Danielle asked as she looked around the room.

"I think she already left?" Liam spoke unsurely.

"What time is it?" I asked.

"12:15." Niall replied.

"What time's her fight?" Zayn questioned.

"Let me check." Li spoke as he stood up and walked over to the fridge. "7 tonight." He said as he read a note that was attached by a magnet.

"Why would she leave so early?" Perrie asked confused.

"For more training." Liam sighed.

"But isn't she already great enough?" Lou said unsurely.

We all shrugged our shoulders. After we finished breakfast, all the dishes were put into the sink, which Li cleaned up.

"How about we go to the beach to waste some time?" Danielle smiled.

"Sounds good." Harry cheered.

"I'm gonna invite Eleanor, she is still my girlfriend." Lou grinned as he stood up.

"We'll see you two there then." Li said as we all went upstairs to change.

We all were swimming in the vast blue ocean when we saw Louis chasing Eleanor to the water. She was squealing and smiling as he picked her up and threw her over his shoulder. He ran towards us and threw El in the water, jumping in right after.

Once they both resurfaced, they began splashing each other. After a few hours, we all got out of the water and laid down on the sandy ground.

"What time is it now?" Liam asked.
