Author's Note:
Dear Readers,
I know...I haven't been posting recently and I'm very sorry but I went through a major bit of writer's block. I am pleased to tell you, it is now mostly gone!!!! This chapter is shorter but it is my jump-start out of writer's block. :D

P.S. Remember, all bold words are part of the original movie scrip which I do not own. I do not claim to own them! All I want to own is Jareth but.....I don't own him either so I'm kinda stuck. I do hate falling in love with fictional people....
-------------------------------
Jareth groaned and as he held his head in his hand and lightly tapped his calf with his riding crop. He was bored and the cries of the young boy he had gotten from the girl Sarah were beginning to grate on his nerves. Glancing at the wall where the Labyrinth clock hung, he was relieved to see that there were only nine and twenty-three minutes before this would all be over. It was much better than the thirteen hours he had begun with.
Suddenly a goblin shot a chicken and the whole goblin throng who were swarming his throne room burst out laughing. Rolling his eyes, Jareth stood up and grabbed one of the goblins by its collar, singing into its face,
"You remind me of the babe." Jareth was very fond of his music, his style far different from his classically inclined vampire friend. It was all his own and he found that very enjoyable.
The goblin replied with, "What babe?" Jareth smirked slightly and tossed the creature aside.
"The babe with the power."
Another goblin questioned him again, "What power?" Jareth turned towards the other goblins,
"The power of voodoo." He said.
"Who do?" The goblins echoed, the word rhyming perfectly.
"You do. Remind me of the babe!" Jareth tossed the first goblin to reply to him up in the air and then waved his hand, barking,
"Quiet!" The goblins fell silent as he pointed towards the child, "A goblin babe." He smirked a little and Toby laughed, enjoying the antics of the goblins and Jareth's voice. The thought warmed the Goblin King a little as he found the child rather charming when he didn't cry. He laughed heartily and looked around at the other goblins, his laugh quickly turning to a frown as they didn't join in his merriment. He gestured with his hands to encourage them to laugh.
"Well?" The goblins began laughing and Jareth joined in before beginning to all out sing,
I saw my baby, crying hard as babe could cry
What could I do
My baby's love had gone
And left my baby blue
Nobody knew:
What kind of magic spell to use
Slime and snails
Or puppy dogs' tails
Thunder or lightning
Then baby said
Dance magic, dance (dance magic, dance)
Dance magic, dance (dance magic, dance)
Put that baby spell on me
Jump magic, jump (jump magic, jump)
Jump magic, jump (jump magic, jump)
Put that magic jump on me
Slap that baby, make him free
I saw my baby, trying hard as babe could try
What could I do
My baby's fun had gone
And left my baby blue
Nobody knew
What kind of magic spell to use
Slime and snails
Or puppy dog's tails
Thunder or lightning
Then baby said
Dance magic, dance (dance magic, dance)
Dance magic, dance (dance magic, dance)
Dance magic, dance (dance magic, dance)
Dance magic, dance (dance magic, dance)
Jump magic, jump (jump magic, jump)
Jump magic, jump (jump magic, jump)
Put that baby spell on me (ooh)
