Everything was going alright for the Pines family. It was a lazy Sunday and the Mystery Shack was closed for the day. Wendy was hanging out with her friends who knows where, while Soos fixed up various parts of the shack. Grunkle Stan was counting money in his office, and probably creating counterfeit money as well, Mabel was playing with Waddles in the twins shared room, and of corse, Dipper was reading from the journal outside. AGAIN. For the tenth time that day. And it was only noon.
"DIP-STICK! Wanna go monster hunting?" Mabel questioned her twin as she bounced outside. Mabel stole Journal 3 from Dipper as he looked up to see who was talking to him.
"Sure thing Mabes, just give a second...," Dipper trailed off as he saw something move in the woods. He quickly took back the book from Mabel and shoved it into his vest. Then he quietly motioned for Mabel to follow him.
"Why so quiet bro bro?" Mabel whispered to Dipper, following his every move. "Did you see something? Is it a monster?!?! Are we going on a monster hunt?"
"Yeah, I think I did see something and it might just be a monster," Dipper plainly replied. "Come on, we have to be quiet. We can't risk scaring whatever we're following away, so try asking fewer questions, okay?"
"Okay broseph, I'll try my best. *Ommm nooomn noooomn nooomn*". Mabel tried her best to chew her Smile Dip quietly but failed miserably. To get rid of the evidence, she shoved the rest of the Smile Dip into her already overstuffed face.
"MABEL, are you trying to scare "it" away?" Dipper half shouted half whispered with a small smile on his face. Then he lightly punched her on the arm and took away the 2 visible packages of Smile Dip. What he didn't know was that Mabel had more Smile Dip stashed away for a later time.
"WWWAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!"
"I didn't know I hurt you that much," Dipper apologized.
"That wasn't me, that wasn't me!!" Mabel exclaimed, her heart beating faster. "I think it came from behind that bush," she pointed, her hand shaking uncontrollably.
"I'll go check, I'll only be a second. Don't freak out Mabel. For all we know, it could be a wild baby animal or whatever." Dipper slowly walked over to the bush and carefully seperated the leaves, creating an opening. He poked his head inside and saw a little baby boy who was crying for some reason. "All clear Mabel, it's only a baby." Dipper motioned for Mabel to come closer.
"Awwww! Isn't he adorable!!" Mabel cooed at the baby, and in return the baby pouted. Mabel picked the baby up and placed him on a tree stump. She then gently messed up the baby's hair, revealing a wierd "birthmark" that was a shape of an eye that had a faint yellow glow. "Dipper, does this baby look like anyone we know?" Mabel questioned her twin.
"I'll just do a little checkup Mabel, okay. I bet that it's just an abandoned baby that we know nothing about. Don't freak out." Dipper rolled his eyes and bent down to take a closer look at the infant. The baby reacted by flipping on his back and madly waving his limbs like a crazy person.
When Dipper did a closer examination, he concluded that the baby had yellow-golden hair and glowing yellow eyes with black slits for pupils. The baby also seemed to be a two or three years old. He looked oddly similar for some reason, but Dipper couldn't figure out who the baby looked like.
"Hewwo Bipper!" The baby said in a high, squeaky voice, startling the two twins. He pulled himself into a sitting position and then waved his left hand and motioned for Dipper to pick him up.
"BILL?!?!?!?!?!"
