I wake with a start

Rising up quick I observe my surroundings.Grey stoned walls,a mirror against the wall as well.A rug and a table in the middle of the room.I sigh and step out of bed, stepping on the cold stoned floor. The sudden spark of erupting pain from the touch of the floor on my toes.I Yelp in sudden pain.I gently run a hand over my calf."Hairline."I state knowing I fractured my leg bone.I try standing on it again, the pain slowly sinking in this time.I could walk but with a limp so I walk to the door and turn he knob.A older man with grey eyes and violet black hair beats me to it.White shirt and a dark purple vest covers him, black pants."Morning Ma'am,I was coming to see if you were awake,my Sir would like to speak with you.Come with me if you please."He said motioning for me to follow.I follow him completely unsure of he destination.

Talk about stranger danger

The pain in my leg was slowly creeping back and I bite my lip to prevent any unnecessary noises. We reach a oaken door way and the butler knocks the ancient wood."Come in."Said a woman. My guess on the speaker was correct.A woman with long blonde hair and piercing blue eyes, and glasses sits in a chair reading through a file. Her eyes soon look to me and back down."He was right you look nothing human."She stated."Pardon?"I reply."My servant was right about you being...Different."She said."I'm Sir Integra Fairbrooks Wingates HellSing,Sir of the HellSing organization."She said extending a hand.I shake and sit in front of her as she motioned."Tell me what you remember from last night?"She asks lighting a cigar.I look down."Everything."I state that one word and I meant it.I look up to see the sad faced woman."Since your a victim of a vampire attack, you'll have to stay here and work for me."She said dismissing me.I stand up and walk to the door. Before I shut the door fully."Integra?"I question. She looks up from her papers."Yes."She replies."There Slaughtered, aren't they?"I ask.She hesitates before answering."Yes,I'm sorry."She replies.I return to my room

The walk back was so painful and extricating. My leg was swelling and I knew I would have to wrap it soon or it will get worse.I lay down in bed.
I've lost everything

The next morning I wanted to sleep all day but Integra wished to have breakfast with me.Walter the older gentlemen gives me a pair of baggy sweats and a black undershirt."Not formal but I'm sure Integra would understand."He said.I limp to the dining hall and sit in front of Integra."Morning."I state mirky and meekly."Morning Miss?"She asks."Kendricks,Sean Kendricks."I reply. She nodded then looked at me confused."Why a boy name?"She asks."Throughout the generations every first child was given the name Sean Kendricks as my great great grandfather, who raced in the Scorpio races. The winning champ for four years running.I almost broke tradition, for I'm the first female to bear this name."I state. She nods in approval."Where are your parents?"She asks."Killed by mercenaries."I state blank. She raises her eyebrows."They died protecting the mustangs they so loved."I reply to her actions."How many were there in that barn?"She asks soft."129."I reply.Integra I meant to ask you yesterday but is there a man by the name Alucard here?"I question."Yes why?"She says."I was just making sure."I reply.

I return to my room crying over 129 deaths in one night. In the one place they were safe or existed.Who wouldn't cry?
