Opal POV.

I'm so glad I have my brother back.

"Anyways, I should get going and meet Ashton and Destiny. Maybe, we should hang out sometime." I say, smiling.

"Alright, but you have to explain to me, everything soon. M' Kay?"

"Okay, bye." I wave and actually open the door, walking into a room where Destiny and Ashton were talking.

I close the door, softly and turn around, "Hey guys."

"Hey Opal, Ash told me about your fall." she says, laughing.

"Ha, very funny. Did he tell you when I punched him in the nose? He had to wear a bandage for weeks" I smirk

Destiny falls onto the ground, laughing. "And he said that it was from falling down stairs." she manages to get out.

"Haha, couldn't handle it on your big fat ego?" I snicker.

"Whatever, let's get back on track," he says, looking down. "What was the last thing that we had to do for this party?"

"Oh, right. So, we still need to secure the borders of the woods to make sure rogues, hunters, or mortals can not enter. It's been a struggle since vampires have been spotted around a murder crime scene at the west side of the woods. We need some way to lead them away from these woods tonight." Destiny said.

"I got an idea," Ashton spoke.

"A thought crossed your mind? It must have been a long and lonely journey." Destiny snickers.

"Haha. Very funny." Ashton rolled his eyes

"But, maybe we should set up another more gruesome murder at the other end of the neighborhood. That way, they'll leave to go see the other one." Ashton suggested

"Yea, I'm totally looking forward to committing a crime." Destiny rolled her eyes.

"Really?" Ashton lit up.

"I don't know what makes you so stupid, it really works." Destiny rolled her eyes.

"If you keep rolling your eyes, maybe you'll find a brain back there." Ashton shot back, then he whispered, "I highly doubt it"

"Um... Opal? U still listening?" Ashton asked.

"Yes, I'm still listening. It's just that what you just said was so goddamn stupid that I think I slipped into a coma for a few minutes." I responded.

"...Really? Both of you are ganging up on me. It's not fair." Ashton pouted, crossing his arms.

"You realize that if we commit a crime, this neighborhood is not exactly mortal-free and besides who would we even kill? And the most important question, why would they even go to the other crime scene?" I rolled my eyes.

"Oh... oops," Ashton smiled, innocently.

I mentally face palmed.

"Wait... He might be on to something." Destiny said.

"HA. HA. HA. I was right!" He stood up, doing what I think is a dance?, "I was right, you were wrong. Ha ha ha ha. We're going to have to choose who now!" He plopped down, a big grin forming on his face. "Let's see, there's that old crazy lady that everyone despises? I'm sure that not many might miss her and besides, Caroline told me that she's bound to die in a couple of months anyways."
