ALICE GAME

Chapter 8: A Cat's whim

:grrrrrrrr: My stamoch growled at me leting me know that  it wanted food.

"I forgot i don't have money to buy food." I sigh in depression. i sat on a white bench starving. Then i smelt what smelled like chicken. :GRRRRRRRRR: the noise was geting louder.

"Shhh... Why you got to be so loud." I yelled at my stamoch.

"Hahaha..." I heard a firmilar voice laugh. I looked around and then all of sudden on my right, siting casually on the bench, Niko, was grining while swaying his tail back and forth.

"Niko. When did you get there?" I asked. Then he jumped down and turned to me with a big chicken leg in his hand. My mouth began to watter.

"I just got here." He said handing the chicken to me. With out hesitation i nawed a huge bite out of the chicken leg.

"Sho how didsh ju know i wash here?" I asked with me mouth full... He pointed to my stamoch.

"I heard the inner you." He laughed lightly. My face got red from embarsment. Then i shook my head.

I swallod my food. And Niko handed me a napkin. I wiped my mouth.

"Well i got lost in the forest... If it wasn't for Dagger and Caprina i would still be wondering around." I said standing up dusting my self off.

"Dagger and Caprina? You met them in the forest?" Niko asked me. I nodded.

"They where lost. We split up when we found the town." I explained to him. I started to walk off he followed.

"Hmm, You should be careful of those two. They are not good new's." Niko with a seriousl tone. I looked at him questionaly. Then he smiled and spun his way infront  of me, Stoping me from advancing any further.

"What is it?"

"You're out fit it's cute on you." He smiled innocently.

"Oh umm. Thank you. I got it from Lacy." I sized my self.

"So you met Lacy to? I bet she said bad thing's about me." He said crossing his arm's.

"Hehehe." I nervously laughed.

"She did, Didn't she?" He asked.

"Yeah. She said you and your brother Ace, are both player's and that i should be careful around the both of you." I said looking to the side.

"Hmmm. Did she now." He said holding his chin thinking.

"Do you believe her?" He asked me. i looked at him surprised he asked me that.

"Well i can't say yes and i can't say no. I don't know you well enough to judge you. And i don't know Lacy well enough to agree with her." I said to him.  Then he steped closer and i took a step back in till i notice that a wall was behind me. Then he put his hand next to my face on the wall and leaned in closer to my face.

"Niko, What are you doing?" I said nervous.

"Shhhh. Don't say anything." He said his face geting closer and closer i shut my eye's.

"There. It look's  good on you." He said happily. i opened my eye's with confusion.

"huh?"

"Come here look." He grabed me by the hand and pulled me to the lake edge. i looked over the edge and there was this beautiful flower that i have never seen before.

"Uwaaa. so pretty." I said looking in to the watter with amazment.

"It's called a RoseLilly. It only grows once every 100 years." he explaind to me.

"It's so pretty thank you Niko." I smilled happily. The first time someone has given me something.

"Wow." his face looked surprised.

"What? what is it?"  i was confused.

"i just notice. Alice is very beautiful under the moonlight." He said with amazement on his face. I blushed in surprised that he said that out loud.

I laughed out loud.

"What is so funny." He was surprised at my sudden out burst. i wiped away my tears. and cought my breath from laughing to hard.

"Oh nothing realy. Here you are giveing me a pretty flower i never seen before. And i thought you were going to kiss me. i guess im stupid for thinking such a thing." i touched the fower gently it felt like a regualr flower.

"kiss?" I heard Niko lowly say but loud enough i could here. I turned around to say something but i was cut off by how close Niko was. He was in my face, With a serious look in his viliot blue eye's.

"Ni-ko?" I mutter out softly.

"What would Alice do. if i kissed you right now?" He asked seriously. I tried to speak but nothing came out.  Then he got closer i was shaking.

"pfft." I hear a laughter sound come out of his mouth. And i blink a couple time's.

"Whahahahahaha oh Alice hahahaha don't look so seriouse hahahaha you'll never get a boyfriend with that look." He laughed. Then i realised i was tricked. i poped a vain.

" Well im sorry my face look's like this. And it's not my fault. You suddenly were so close i was taken aback." I pouted with my arm's crossed. huffing and puffing off steam.

"Hahaha. Don't Worry i wouldn't do anything to you." He said cooling down from his laughter.

"What's that pose to mean. What am i not attractive?" I huffed angerly. 

"No no. Not at all Alice is very pretty. im just saying that im Alice friend, And i wouldn't do any thing Alice dosen't like. that's all." He protested waving his hands worried. Then i looked at him surprised.

"Oh." Was all that came out.

"Phew. Well than shall we go to the Hatter's?" Niko said happily. I looked at him confused.

"Why there?" I tilted  my head to the side a little.

"Well cause they got's lot's of more food." He said with an innocent smile.  It made me blush a little bit. :GRRRRRRRRRRRR:

"Hahahaha and it seem's you are still hungry." Niko laugh lightly at me. I luaghed to.

"ok. to the Blood's house." I said happily and Niko lead the way and i followed.
