'Harry where the hell are you?'

Harry groaned into his phone as Niall snapped at him. He hadn't gone home yet. Harry didn't want to. He wanted to snuggle with Louis who was currently in the shower washing away last night from his system. Harry smiled slight but then realised he had to try and figure out a good enough lie.

'I'm sorry Ni, I-I went out. I-I had something important to do. Something that had been annoying me for a great while now.'

'That doesn't explain how you didn't call us Haz. Liam's been up all night since he realised you weren't there. He's been searching everywhere for you.'

Harry found himself frowning, moving the eggs around the frying pan, as he closed his eyes. Liam should stop worrying about him and worry about him and Niall's future together. He bit his lip, hunching his shoulder up, so it held his phone against his ear. He lay the spatula down, dragging a hand through his hair.

'I'm sorry Ni, listen how about tonight I take you two out for dinner?' He asked opening his eyes as he turned at the sound of footsteps. His eyes grew, a blush creeping into his cheeks as a dripping wet Louis appeared, blood red fluffy towel wrapped loosely round his waist, hair a mess.

Louis opened his mouth to speak but Harry pressed his index finger to his own lips to tell Louis to be quiet, before mouthing,

'Niall.'

Louis smirked, nodding. Wondering off the other direction, the soft sung lyrics of 'Wonder' by Naughty Boy ft. Emeli Sandé filled Harry's ears making his heart flutter. Louis' voice was... Unique to say the least. It wasn't low and raspy, or high and girly. It was more in the middle, his voice cracking in all the right places. Harry smiled, the feeling in his chest was literally exploding, his stomach feeling like it was twisting.

'Harry--'

Harry jumped as the Irishman's voice, broke into Harry's thoughts. Harry sighed heavily, taking the eggs off of the over ring, placing them on the bread board, before popping the toast in the toaster.

'No that's finally. I'm going to take you two out tonight.'

He heard Niall sighing in defeat. Harry chuckled softy, smiling in triumph. He thought it was best to take his two worried best friends out.

'Fine Harry, fine. Can you tell us where you--'

'Meet me at McDonalds at half past eight.'

After that Harry hung up. He couldn't say where he was or Louis would be found out and he couldn't do it. He couldn't bear the thought of what might happen to him. Resting his phone on the counter top, Harry buttered the toast on the bread board, using the spatula to slide the eggs on top, neatly.

He heard the sound of Louis' soft footsteps coming down the hallway. Harry kept his eyes on the toast. His mind was fuzzy. He didn't really want to leave Louis, but he knew that he had to make it up to his best friends.

'So Hazza, are you going to be making me breakfast every morning?' Asked Louis, his voice perky. Harry chuckled, as he felt Louis arms loop around his waist. He leaned back into Louis' chest, feeling the older lads damp lips, press onto his shoulder softly, so nuzzling his face into Harry's curls.

'I might teach you how not to burn the house down. That might be something worth doing.'

Harry turned his head, grinning tiredly, Louis' lips attaching onto his, in a soft kiss. Harry found himself turning in Louis' arms, both hands now hiding in Louis now dry and fluffy hair.

Louis smiled against the boys lips. He knew he wanted this. He knew it was all he wanted, but he just wished it didn't have to be like this. Not even being able to utter a word when Harry was on the phone.
