Ash x Reader pokemon

Meeting!

YOUR POV: 

    I jump out of bed excited to get my very first Pokemon. 

"Yes! Yes! I get my Pokemon today!" I jumped around my room. I go get dressed and rush out the door to Professor Oak.  Right on time,~ I say to myself. I see Professor Oak and i wave to him. "Hey Professor Oak! I'm ready for my Pokemon!" I run up to him. "Well I hope so, you're here a little early, y/n." Professor Oak motions for me to follow him. A little incubation thing (yep that's what i called it) and it showed 3 poke balls. "I thought a whole lot about this and I decided for Charmander!" You grabbed the poke ball but it was empty. "Oh it was chosen already." "Oh... Then I choose Squirtle!" You grab the poke ball and opened it. "Squirtle" Said the little blue turtle-like creature. "Aww you're so cute! We're gonna train and we're going to have the best Pokemon team! Right Squirtle?" I asked it. "Squirtle" It jumped and smiled at me. Professor Oak handed be a pokedex and 6 poke balls. "Thanks Professor." I said. "You're welcome, have fun on your journey" Professor smiled at me. "Come on Squirtle!" I said and walked out to the gate. My whole town was there. I saw my dad and walked up to him. "Dad! Dad! Look at my new partner! It's a Squirtle!" I held my Squirtle out to my dad. "Hey little fella," My dad pet its head. "Here's your bag. I put extra clothes,food, poke food, your phone and whatever else I thought you'd need." "Thanks dad!" I hugged him. "Are you leaving right now?" My dad asked. "No I wanna see who my competitors are" Suddenly 3 cheerleaders started chanting 'Jerry, Jerry he's our man'. Who's that? I wondered. I saw a kid with red hair and a purple shirt. Hmm.... I walked up to him. "Hey! Did you get your Pokemon?" I asked him. "Of couce I did!" He smirked. Barely met this guy and I don't like him, I thought. Some other person came through and bumped into me and Jerry. "Watch where you're going!" Jerry shouted at him. "Hey! He's probably just excited for his pokemon!" I sort of yelled back at Jerry. "Ha! Based on how late he is he probably won't get a Pokemon." Jerry laughed. "WHAT IM THAT LATE?!?" The blue haired kid said. "I think there's one more left." I said. "Oh! Well imma go get it!" Then he ran in side the gate to Professor Oak. "Who's that?" I asked out loud. "He has to be Ash." Jerry Said. "Oh well nice meeting you Jerry." I said. "Jerry?! My name is Gary!" He growled. "Oh it sounded like your fangirls said 'Jerry'." "Hmmp well I'm going." Gary said and walked away. "I wonder what this Ash kid gets." I say to myself. After what felt like half an hour Ash finally came out with this little yellow mouse-like Pokemon. I didn't listen to him talking with his mom or something but I saw the pikachu get mad and it shocked the whole crowd. After it stopped shocking us we all fell down. "Ahhh~" I said rubbing my head. Ash started to leave down the road and I followed him. (NOT LIKE A STALKER) I poked his shoulder and he turned around to me. "Why are you dragging your Pokemon?" I asked. Ash had rub gloves and a string around his Pokemon stomach. "Because it won't come willingly!" He grumbled. I laughed " oh yes because dragging it's going to make it more willing to come." My Squirtle jumped on my shoulder and looked at Ash. "Is that your Pokemon?" "Yep! My little Squirtle buddy." I pet Squirtle's head. "Wait why are you coming with me? And what's your name?" "Haha.. Oh right... I'm y/n, and I wanted to know if I could travel with you?" I smiled. "Oh sure I'm Ash and also that's my pikachu" he said. "Oh I was wondering, I couldn't really recognize it." I pulled my pokedex out and used it on pikachu. "Well it's a cute little Pokemon." I said. "Yah," Ash replied. We continued down the path talking to each other.
