*Zach POV*
I took her the place I found as a sanctuary when I was younger. The meadow. When she saw where we were her eyes lit up like a Christmas Tree. I slowly took us out the car, shut the door, and brought her to my favorite willow tree and sat down with her curled in my lap. We sat there in a comfortable silence until I heard soft snores coming from her mouth, I pulled out my phone and saw that it was 4:30. Wow. We've been here for a couple hours. I gently carried her bridal style to my truck and put her in the back seat and got into the drivers. I took her to her house and saw only her brother was home, I took her out of the back, walked up to her door, and rang the door bell.
The door soon opened and revealed her brother with a relieved look on his face, when he saw Lia was okay in my arms. Then he looked angry when he remembered I was holding her. But he silently let me inside and directed me toward her room. I opened the door and gently put her down, took off her converse, pulled the covers over her, and kissed her forehead. Then I looked for a pen and paper, once I found one I wrote her a note with my number on it, then silently left her room and closed the door.
When I reached the bottom of the stairs a fist collided with my jaw. I slightly looked down at her brother who just punched me and was barely shorter than me. "What was that for?" I growled putting my hand over my eye.
"Because your dating my sister...when I told you to stay away from her, ever since you told me you like her,STUPID!"
"Does not mean you can punch me. Anyway she is old enough to make her own decisions, you can't keep her away from people that actually like/love her and she might like them back. So just chill... I won't hurt her!" I exclaimed loudly.
*Lia's POV*
I some how woke up on my bed and heard my brother and Zach yelling at each other. I slowly made my way out of my bed room and down the stairs, but what Kade said next shocked me.
"I don't care who she loves! As long as it's NOT you, Zach. You are the senior bad boy, gang leader, and player. I do not need that around her!"
That was when went downstairs and grabbed Zach's fist that was raised and pulled it back. He turned and looked at me and I gasped when I saw that he had a big black eye. I looked at Kade saw his eyes showed no emotion. I shook my head grabbed Zach's hand and brought him to my room to get his eye cleaned. When I was done I lead him to my bed and we laid down and cuddled in silence. That is until Kade burst in and glared at the sight, but then started to talk.
"Get out!" He growled at Zach.
As Zach was about to get up I pulled him down and told him to stay. I glared at brother and said,"No. He will not get out."
Zach then spoke up."Lia, I can't do this to you and your brother I will see at school. You two need to sort this stuff sorted out." But before he got up he softly kissed me, and then he left to go home.
"I can't believe you are actually dating him, or should I say dated him. You are not aloud to see him anymore. And that is final." HE said and left my room,leaving me thinking and saying, "If he only knew it was game".
Then I noticed something about our game, I already lost, I'm in love with Zach. I have to tell him. Then I saw a note it had Zach's name and number with a note. The note said 'If you need anything call me'. So that was what I did, I slowly grabbed my phone and dialed his number. He immediately picked up.
Him:Hello
Me:Hey, Zach, I ummm...
Him:You what, Lia?
Me:I already lost the game.I-
Him:What do you mean you lost the game?
Me:Just listen. Okay?
Him:Okay. Go on
Me:When my brother and I were talking after you had left he said I couldn't see you anymore. But then I remembered the game, I thought WE were real. So noticed I wanted to be real with you, not just a game and fake. If you don't want to it's okay. I just couldn't play this game when I already lost.
Him:Wow...this is great because I feel the same.
Me:Really? Well then what are we now?
Him:Well Lia Moreno, will you do me the honors of being a real and true girlfriend?
Me:I'd love to
