I'm in my room, on my bed, laying down, not giving a fuck about the world.
*creeeaack* I hear the door open a little.
"Alexis?" My mum calls out from the door.
"Go away!"
"Darling bear, I'm sorry we hurt your feelings, but..."
I sit up on my bed.
"But what!" She looks down
"We don't want you to grow up" her voice slightly cracking.
"Well I need money, ok, so I can get out of this hell hole!" I shout, the slam my self onto my pillows.
I hear foot steps leading out of my room.
Mum's P.O.V
"Well I need money, ok, so I can get out of this hell hole!" Did she just call our home a hell hole? Slowly I walk out of her room and downstairs.

"I just don't want her to grow up" I start to cry, I felt a warm sensation on my shoulder, then around my arms.
"She'll be fine, come on let's give her the newspaper" I nod in sadness.

Alexis' P.O.V
'I can't believe they won't let me move out, I am 21 years old and she won't let me go! I walk to my computer and make sure my resumé is perfect for when I can get a job. Mum walks in, I try my best to avoid eye contact with her and listen to my music.
"Hey darling, I've been thinking about what you've said " I said nothing, hoping she'd get the message.
"I'll just put it on your bed" i wait until she left. I see a bear on the newspaper she left. I start to read.

"Um hi, I'd like to apply for night shift security guard"

"Ok, if you want you can work tonight"
"Yep, sure thing"
"Be here by 11:45, and I think that's it any questions?"
"No"
"I'll see you tonight, have a good day"
"You too" he hung up, I looked at the time. 4:10. I set my alarm and went to bed.
'Hopefully it's a good job, hopefully' slowly dowsing to sleep.
