The garbage man was just picking up the trash from the CDC building, just like he did everyday. All of a sudden, he began to feel weird. He then proceeded to fall over, have a seizure, and die. An hour later, he got back up and bit the mortician, in the morgue. He then reanimated as well, and soon, the whole hospital was infected.

"Breaking News. At a local hospital there has been an outbreak of a strange virus that seems to spread through the bite of another person infected by the virus. The CDC is withholding all information at this time. Stay inside your homes, as we are going on a national alert. Wait... The virus has been let out of the hospital and more are getting infected by the minute. Goodbye."
