Beau, Axel and Blake burst through the door to the cabin, with at distraught Bentley in tow.  Jade and Rylan bolted off the couch and over to where the boys were. Bentley was leaning up against the wall, staring into space with tears and blood streaked down his face.

“What happened?” Jade demanded, clinging to Beau and making sure he was alright.

Rylan bent down beside Bentley. “Are you okay?” She asked him, gently wiping the blood off of his left cheek.

Beau turned to Jade, holding her firmly in his strong hands. “We have to leave. Molly is dead, and Greyson is missing.”

“Dead? What do you mean dead?” Jade yelled. Everyone snapped around to listen to her and Beau’s conversation.

“We found her body a few yards from the lake. She was mutilated,” Beau informed with at sympathetic look at Bentley. “We have to leave. Everyone go upstairs, pack your things and meet in the den in five minutes.”

Addison spoke softly, barley loud enough to hear. “But, what about Greyson?”

Aliyah placed a comforting hand on her sister’s shoulder, “I’m sure he is fine Addy.”

Beau looked at Axel, willing him to tell them. Axel let out a deep sigh, catching Addy and Aliyah’s attention. “We found part of his shirt hung on a tree. It was covered in blood, and that bracelet that he never takes off, well... um... we... we found it, too.”

Tears began to swell in Addy’s eyes, she launched herself up the stairs, sobs leaving her lips. Aliyah ran after her sister, tripping on the way up, and Rylan helped her up. She looked back at everyone standing by the door, her eyes locked with Axel’s before turning to follow Addy and Liyah upstairs.

Beau took Jade by the hand, leading her up the stairs and into their bedroom at the end of the hallway. He opened the door for her, closing it after he entered. Jade sat on the bed, watching as Beau slung the closet door open. He snatched all of their clothes out of the closet, stuffing them into the bags that were at his feet. Jade could feel the burning in her eyes from the un-shed tears, willing her to let them fall. She tried taking a deep breath, but it only came out shallow and shaky. A small sob escaped her lips when she thought about all the awful things she had said to Molly.

Beau sat down on the bed beside Jade and wrapped his arms around her protectively.  She rested her head on his chest, and let the tears fall.

As Blake and Andrea finally dragged themselves and their belongings down the stairs and into the den, Beau looked up to make sure everyone was there before speaking. “Is everyone ready to go?”

There were multiple nods and a few whispered ‘yes’s. He nodded before heading for the door with Jade following closely behind him. Opening the door and stepping out onto the giant, white porch that wrapped around the house, he stopped short, causing everyone to run into one another.

“Why did you st-” Jade began to ask stepping around him. She stopped mid sentence when she saw the scene that was before her. Their pearl white SUV had all four tires slashed, and the words ‘I want her’ were written down the side, in bright red blood.

Jade’s breath hitched with she saw what was put before her, “What... who... wha-”

Beau wrapped his arm around her pulling her into his chest so that she wouldn’t have to see the words.

Axel, Rylan, and Addison walked around Beau to see what had caused their sudden stop. Gasps and sobs left their lips as they took in what was happening. Beau and Axel herded everyone back into the cabin, shutting and locking the door behind them.
