Here we are at Newark airport. About ready to board for a 9 hour plane ride to Cali. Yasmine and I have been waiting for this since we turned 15, we are both currently 16.
We were waiting for our flight to be called, after half an hour of waiting an announcement came over the speakers " New Jersey - California boarders, board the plane now." About 30 people stand to board the plane. We showed one of the flight attendant our passports and when everything was classified okay.
Once we were seated and buckled in on the plane, the flight attendant went over the safety procedures. I looked over at yasmine and said " are you ready ?" She smiled at me " you bet !"
Once the plane took off I knew there was no turning back and I'm happy I get to share an apartment with my best friend.
Although I was upset I was leaving Jersey. I've come to make so many good friends and a some of my idols live here , ToBeOne , ICONic Boyz , Vincent Castronovo,and Nick Mara.
I love them all but I have to say Nicks got that one thing that drives me crazy and makes me love him even more everyday. It must be that amazing smile of him, his eyes , his laugh, his personally , his voice .. but mostly that smile I can't get enough of. Hopefully he'll have a M&G in Cali and I can finally meet him.
The plane was fully in the air now making its way to Cali.
