Chapter 5 SC
I took off running about falling down the stairs. Outside was hotter than ever. I ran the whole way to the garage. I saw a large semi pulling up to the doors. I couldn't help but smile when my uncle mike ran over a few zombies. He was a crazy man. The good kind of crazy. The garage doors opened slowly and my father was standing with his gun ready along with my grandpa, uncle, and Steven.
"How was the trip?" I asked my aunt Tina and uncle Dale. "Good but long." My aunt tina said as she hugged Danielle and Rebecca. They were their parents. I couldn't help but feel a little said for them because hey they never see their parents.
I walked to the truck to see a couple of teenagers come walking slowly out of the trailer. There was two boys and two girls. One boy had shaggy dark brown hair and baby blue eyes and tan skin. The other had a reddish/blonde hair and brown eyes and tan skin. The first girl had dirty blonde hair,grey eyes,and tan skin. The other had red hair,hazel eyes, and tan skin. As I slowly walked up to them the boy with blonde/red hair saw me. "Hi I am Andrew." he said smiling. "Hi I am Chris." I said. The girl with blonde hair said," I am Jane. This is Alice." she said while pointing to the girl with red hair. "I am Logan." the boy with dark brown hair said. God. Logan was smoking hot. I know Shane and Justin were hot but. God. Logan is just. Hot.
"You guys must be tired." I said to the new comers. It was 11:48 pm. "Yeah we have had a long trip." Alice said after she yawned. I couldn't help but blush when Logan looked at me. It was dark outside so I don't think he noticed. I showed them to their rooms and they seemed to settle in quite nicely. Logan was across from Justin and Andrew was next door. Alice was across from me and Jane was next to me.
I woke up to the sunlight shining through my curtains. I curled up into a ball under my covers and closed my eyes. All of a sudden I heard a crash. I sat up quickly then heard Lexi say,"Sorry!". I laid back down and closed my eyes and drifted back to sleep again.
"Chris!Chris! Wake up!" I heard screamed into my ears. My fist hit up knocking who ever it was in the face. "Ow!" someone exclaimed. I sat up rubbing my knuckles. I saw Patpats face next to mine. "Son of a-" she was cut off by another crashing sound. I threw the blankets off of me and apparently onto Patpat because she screamed "Hey!". The sound must have come from Blake's room cause the door was crowded. "Oh no." I mumbled under my breath. "You...You...You cheater!" I heard Madison scream. I started to push the others aside. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw Madison holding Blake up against the wall with her face inches away from his. I knew this couldn't be good by her choice of words, Lexi hiding in the corner of the room, and how Madisons hands were clenched into fists.
"Madison! Don't." I said grabbing her shoulder. She whipped around,"Why?! He cheated on me! I should beat his ass!" I gave her the look. It was between "I will kill you if you dont" and "it's not worth it.". She turned around and glared and Blake. "You really messed up. We should both beat your asses right now." I said looking at both Lexi and Blake. Madison's door slammed shut. Drama. It sucks.
"Madison! Open up." Patpat said. "Why?" I herd Madison say sniffling. "Please?" it was more of a question than a statement. I heard the lock click and it opened. Madison's eyes were blood shot and puffy, most likely from her crying. I looked at Patpat. "Madison. We wish we told you sooner but we didn't know what-" I was cut off by Madison saying,"So you guys knew?" Patpat and I both nodded. "Get out." she said sternly. "But Madison-" "Get out. Now." I stood up and walked out of the room. "We really screwed up now." Patpat said to me. What have we gotten ourselves into?
Someone knocked on my door. "Who is it?" my voice sounded groggy. Madison walked in t sat on the edge of my bed. She hadn't gotten any sleep. I could tell by her eyes being bloodshot and puffy from her crying. I sat up and stared. Unsure what to do. In the little light we had I could see her eyes water. My arms wrapped around her torso. She cried into my shoulder. "I'm so sorry." was that last thing she said until she fell asleep.
