Chapter 3

Aman

I was too close to my death. Lilly had showed kind spirits. That's never happened since that day. My wrist were bleeding and goosebumps had taken over my body.

The basement had blood stains on the floor and in the corner, there was a table filled with the most deadliest weapons. Now I'm really scared.

One of the guards untied me like they were ordered to do and led me to o the first floor. The marble floors shone brightly as a diamond chandelier hung from the ceiling. Everything looked so expensive.

They led me to double doors which had a sign. 'Female Boss Office.' We stepped in to see her typing away on the computer. As soon as she heard us, she switched off the computer and signalled the guards to leave.

Her office was huge. She had a family painting and the end. I spotted Lilly straight away. With that 13 year old smile. She was so cute. There were huge cream curtains at each side of the huge window.

"Thanks for checking out my office now sit." She interrupted my thoughts. She didn't look too happy. I sat down opposite Lilly. Her eyes gazed into mine.

"So how do know me? Do you know my past or are you working for the DCC?" Her voice turned into anger when she mentioned the DCC. The DCC is the company I'm working for.

"Umm it was 5 years ago" I started to tell her the story aka the birth of 'The Female Boss.' Her smile grew and grew as if she was proud of her actions. That smile is always on my mind.

"I know that story back to front but I don't remember you" she continued "I am proud of that if you were wondering but you didn't answer my last question"

"Ummmmm...no" I stuttered. It didn't think she believed me as she looked me with sinister eyes.

"I'm taking it in what you said but I don't believe you. One more question what's your full name?" I couldn't tell her my name as it would blow my cover.

"My name is Amandeep Kaller but call me Aman" I said I didn't think she believed me but it will have to do.

"I'm Lilly Singh but I'm addressed as the boss in this house. No one calls me Lilly." She had a stern look on her face.

"Do you have anywhere to go from here? Back to your silly company who's trying to sue me?"

I never thought this through. "Umm no I haven't" I needed to get close. Even if it's doing something I shouldn't.

"So you can stay here. Follow me"

Lilly

I made Aman follow me to a bedroom on the same floor where my room was. He looked nervous. Like he wanted to say something. I wanted to find out what's wrong with him even if it took me two years to do so.

I led him to his room. The bed had black silk covers with a matching headboard. There was a huge mirror wardrobe opposite the bed. The huge window stood at the other side of the room, making the sun shine through. There was also a en suite attached to the room.

"So what do you think?" His hazel gorgeous eyes looked around the room then me. Those eyes were like a never ending portal when I looked into them. Lilly keep your mind straight you have a boyfriend.

"It's very elegant. Thank you" His eyes wondered on my body. I looked down, trying to hide my light shaded cheeks. Not again please. Without saying a word, I quickly dashed out of the room.

I was stopped by Chase. He stood in the doorway of Aman's bedroom, staring straight at Aman. His eyes filled with anger.

"Yo man why you fucking checking out my girl huh!" He said, his voice slightly raising. He started to walk towards Aman.

"HEY I ASKED YOU A QUESTION!" He shoved Aman. Chase was losing his patience.

"Chase it wasn't like we were making out or some shit" I said pushing him away from Aman. I was getting annoyed at Chase. Too over protective.

"LILLY I SAW YOU BLUSH. I NOT LETTING HIM OFF" He slammed the door. Aman continues to stare at me. Men. I rolled my eyes.

"What are you going to do after fucking pissing off my boyfriend?" I stare at him with annoyance. He was about to speak when I cut him off.

"I don't think your going to do anything you bastard because he'll break you like sticks"

I walked out of the room and opened the door to my own. I sat on my huge fluffy chair thinking about the whole Aman situation until a pissed off Chase walks into the room. He wouldn't talk to me.

"Tell me what I did" I got straight to the point. I'm not putting up with his shit anymore.

"You were flirting with that Aman in his room" The anger was evident in his voice.

"But I didn't have fricking sex with him did I?"

"LILLY YOU KNOW YOU HAVE A BOYFRIEND! YOU SAID SO YOURSELF 5 YEARS AGO!"

"God I've had enough of you Chase" I put my hand in my bra and grabbed my weapon. He stepped back until he was leaning against the wall.

"I said I was gonna kill you later on five years ago didn't I?" I brushed the gun against his lips. I smirk fell upon my face.

"Lilly I'm sorry but can you please not kill me? I have a life. Please Lilly please" He continued to beg me but I haven't killed anyone in too long so I was excited.

"It's the Female Boss to you Chase. Adios" The house fell silent. Chase's body fell onto my bedroom floor, causing a lot of spillage.

"The boss always wins so don't mess with the game" I said before walking out.
