It's Called "Break" For A Reason

I'm sure I'm not the only one in this situation, right?

You know, that situation where your teacher thinks it's okay to give you WORK over BREAK?

I'm expected to give a memorized French presentation, an English book report with props and a memorized speech, and do a writing assessment in another class that counts for half my grade. 

The best part is that all of this happens in the week I get back from break.

It's called "break" because we get a break from school.

Don't make me call it "break" because that's what my heart's going to do when I figure out that my grades dropped since I didn't prepare.

*throws hands into the air and walks away, emotionally wounded*
