You were walking to your next period class which happened to be theatre and you were actually excited, not only because you love theatre but also because Reece Bibby is in this class the guy you crush for almost a months and know of the whole school. You actually looked decent today, you wore a light pink cropped sweater with light wash high waisted jeans and white vans.. You walked into class and took a seat in the center of the room.
“Good afternoon students, I hope your muse has inspired you today, you will need it.” your teacher says just as Reecs walks in
“I see you actually decided to show up to class today Mr. bibby,” your teacher snidely says
“Sorry,” Reece says as he rushes to the last open seat which happens to be next to you
“Since you’re so sorry reece, why don’t you and y/n go down to the costumes room and bring me the big green box down there,”
You look at your teacher in shock while your friend says “Why not me?”
“Y/f/n, I need someone who can actually afford to miss this class. Unfortunalty, your grade doesn’t seem to be reflecting that.” she turns to us and says “Now go,”
You and Reece exit the classroom and awkward silence fills the hall as you two walk down. This is going to be nothing but awkward.
“So my name is—–,” you awkwardly start
“Believe me I know who you are,”
“That’s shocking, I would think that anyone outside of your circle is dirt to you.” you sarcastically say as you walk into the costume room
Reece takes three long strides and ends up right behind you, and whispers in your ear “You’re not dirt to me, nowhere near it.”
“Then what am I?” you question as you turn to face him
“You’re someone who I know deserves the best yet I still pine after you secretly, even though I know I am not the best.
You where shock stand there with your mouth wide open wondering if he is even telling the truth, it is so unlikely that someone like him would like someone like you.
“Where are the camereas at? This is a funny joke, c’mon did you really think I would believe that you would like me? You are a cruel jerk who—,” you start to rant before Reece interupts you….with his mouth.
He Walk near to you and kiss you passionately. Your hands find a way to his hair and you start to play in it just as he pulls away.
“Do you believe me now?” he asks slightly out of breath
“I think you have a little more proving to do,” you say with a smirk
“Come here then,” he replies as he snakes his hand around your waist. You close your eyes waiting for your lips to meet but they never do. You open your eyes only to see Reecenrunning out of the room with the green box.
“Catch me if you can,”
“Oh I will,” you yell jokingly.
Who knew that the costume room could be romantic?
