Derek walked into the house with Katerina right behind him "What do you mean you don't want me to teach her?" Katerina asked angry

"Obviously. It means what I said. Don't. Teach. Arielle." Derek said in a threatening tone

Katerina scoffed "You won't hurt me." Katerina pointed out rolling her eyes "Your right I'm not you, I don't like to hurt people." Derek said moving to walk away from her

"Oh like you didn't hurt Arielle. You left her for years, never calling, messaging her, or even coming to stop by and maybe if you stopped by Arielle wouldn't have been put through years of abuse." Katerina said looking at him

"Believe it or not I'm trying to protect Arielle. Her parents couldn't control what they were and I don't want the same to happen to her." Derek said to her turning his back towards Katerina he walked into the living room to see Arielle fast as sleep in Paul's arms, Paul's arms were wrapped around her protectively

"What the hell?" Derek asked confused turning to Katerina who was smirking, Katerina gave him an innocent look walking into the kitchen.

Arielle woke up to see her brother staring at Paul, "Shit." Arielle muttered Paul woke up looking at her confused than seeing Derek "Derek. I can explain." Arielle quickly said "You don't have to explain Arielle. I'm happy your moving on." Derek said

"It doesn't freak you out that I'm moving on with one of your old best friend's?" Arielle questioned him, Derek chuckled "It kind of sounds weird when you say that way but no, we're good, but I swear to God Paul if you hurt her I will not hesitate to kill you." Derek said now dead serious looking at Paul

Paul nodded "Oh and Bella called saying if you and Katerina wanted to go shopping with her and Jessica." Derek added Arielle's face light up like a child hearing Bella's name

Last Arielle had heard was Bella had become a zombie never leaving the house, or talking to anyone a lot like Arielle had been herself "I told her yes." Derek added chuckling "I got to get ready wait -Paul" Arielle was cut off

"Arielle it's fine, I'm just going to stay and catch up with Derek for awhile than go home." Paul said giving Arielle a reassuring smile Arielle grinned "Kat! Are you ready?!" Arielle shouted "Yeah. Hurry up and get dressed yourself." Katerina told her walking into the living room

Arielle nodded rushing up the stairs into her bedroom she quickly got dressed rushing downstairs hugging Derek than kissing Paul's cheek as the girls took off.

"I don't know why you want to sit through all those zombie eating people and no hot guys kissing anybody." Jessica said after the four came out of the theater. It wasn't neither Arielle's or Katerina's first choice but they went with what Bella wanted

"I don't get why there are so many zombie movies. It's like a metaphor for consumerism or something?" Jessica said Katerina and Arielle rolled their eyes "You were right she is annoying." Katerina whispered to Arielle, causing Arielle to let out a small giggle.

Down the hill, four guys called out to the girls asking if they wanted a ride on their motorcycles. Bella took a few steps closer, trying to see them while Katerina and Arielle had this unsure feeling

"I think I know them." Bella said Arielle rolled her eyes "They seem great." Jessica said sarcastically, looking at the group of guys "Can we go now?"

"Bella I don't know them, and I know everyone you know." Arielle pointed out Bella ignored Arielle and went down the hill towards the guys "Is she crazy or something?" Jessica questioned Arielle looked at her "Would you shut up for like 5 minutes please?" Arielle questioned in a threatening tone shutting Jessica up,

It didn't take long for Bella to return as soon as she came in view Jessica started to speak "Hey what the hell is wrong with you? Just curious." "I thought I saw something." Bella told them "OR someone." Arielle said eyeing Bella

"You are insane, actually suicidal." Jessica continued to speak "God, that was such a rush." Bella said ignoring her looking at Arielle

"So you're an adrenaline junky now? Go bungie-jumping. Don't get on the back of some losers motorcycle." Jessica said she stormed off leaving the three girls behind

"Oh thank God she's gone." Arielle said sighing of relief Bella and Katerina laughed.

Arielle and Katerina got home "I already told the God damn elders to leave Arielle alone but they keep sending new angels to guard her, so stop it." Derek said Arielle tensed up next to Katerina

Katerina looked at Arielle "Arielle. Go to Paul." Katerina told her Arielle looked unsure "Go." Katerina told her Arielle nodded rushing off she was going to take her car but decided it'd be fast to orb their.

Katerina walked into the house grabbing her bow and arrow to see Derek talking to an older man

"Hello Dad." Katerina said disgust clear in her voice.

Arielle opened her eyes to see she wasn't anywhere near Paul's place but instead she was in a hospital

Arielle looked around confused seeing she was in the room they kept all records she watched as one of the metal cabinets opened slightly a file moving up till it fell on the ground

Arielle rushed over grabbing the file her eyes widen seeing her name she opened it her eyes widen.

"What are you doing here?" Katerina asked her father Wyatt "Where's Arielle?" Wyatt asked Katerina held her crossbow to him

"Stay. Away. From. Arielle." Katerina warned looking at him she shot him a deadly look

"What are you going to do?" Wyatt asked his daughter amused "It's not what I'm going to do its what the wolves will do if you even go near her." Katerina said smirking

"Not only is she protected by vampires but werewolves as well." Wyatt said chuckling impressed "Well I'm going to have to see my daughter at one point aren't i?" Wyatt asked with a small laugh.
