Alone
A lot of people are
Stuck in their own time zone
Where they don't have others
But see
You have me
And I have you
5% of my life
I cared for me
Now 95% of it will be spent
Caring for you
I walked down the road
Where I felt alone
How years ago
When I was asked to do something
I wouldn't say no
Now I do
But with you
My no
Would be a yes
I'll always do my best
I'll always keep my stakes high
And my loneliness low
And just so you know
I'm here to listen
Any pain of yours
Is no burden
Because dealing with pain alone
Is not what we need to do
Pain is what Unites people
And I united with you
