A New Friend

//Zach's POV//

So it's Sunday and that means shopping time! Yayyy? We arrive at the local mall and my mom gave me some money to go shopping. Usually she comes with me but today she has to go apply to her new job. We gotta make money somehow!

I need some new clothes to adjust to the "Cali" style even though I don't even no what that is. So I stop by some hipster stores per se like urban outfitters, Hollister, Aeropostale, and lastly Abrocromie and Fitch.

After all that shopping I decide to go eat at the food court because I'm hella hungry.

"Can I get a burrito bowl please!" I ask he chipotle worker. Yes I got chipotle cause I'm totally that healthy. Yea... Totally.

"That will be 13.95!" the worker says.

Damn that's expensive just for some food. I reach into my back pocket and just my luck I find ten dollars.  I think I spent too much money on shopping proven by how many bags I have in my hand.

"He's with me!" someone exclaims.

I turn to my right to see a cute ass guy run up beside me with his order. He was pretty tall, built, and had a cute cheek scar. Wait Zach! You have a boyfriend stop checking this dude out!

"Okay then. That will be $26.60."

He pays for my food and his and gestures me to take a seat with. I comply and take the seat across from him.

"So thank you for paying for my food you saved my ass" I chuckle.

"Haha it's fine. I'm Shawn!" He replies smiling.
He has a really smile.

"I'm Zach!" I say.

"So Zach, tell me about your self," he ask.

"Well I just moved from Georgia here so I'm new." I laugh.

"Really! I always wanted to go to Atlanta."

"Yea Atlanta is pretty cool sometimes" I say.

"I actually just moved from Canada about half a year. I'm hoping to get a start on a music career." He says.

"Oh you sing!"

"Yea I do but it's not going so well. I'm really shy I don't know if that's a good match" he says looking down.

"Awe you are not alone" I smile at him and he blushes. So cute.

"So do you have girlfriend?" He ask.

"Technically no. I'm gay so I actually have a boyfriend," I smile at the thought of Cameron,"Well we just got together yesterday!".

"Oh..." He trails off while looking sulkily down, "um what's his name?" He ask.

"Cameron and did I say something you seem sad" I reply.

"Oh no no you didn't... So Cameron? As in Cameron Dallas?"

"Yea you know him?"

"Yes I sadly do. He was actually my ex until stuff happened..." He says.

"Oh um I'm sorry" I reply.

"It's okay. What school do you go to?" He ask.

"Chino Hills High"

"Really I go there too!" He exclaims.

"What?? Why haven't I seen you?" I ask.

"Well I was out for the few days because of vacation so I just got back yesterday" he replies.

"Oh cool"

"Here give me your phone so I can put my number in" he says.

I give my phone to him and he puts his number in.

"So I have to meet up with my mom but I hope to see you at school tomorrow. And remember, you owe me for that food" he winks.

"Okay Mr. Mendes." I reply laughing.

He walks off waving good bye. He's cute, nice, and funny. Perfect. But I wonder what Cameron did to him for him to break up with a totally perfect guy. Interesting.

AN - so new chapter and character!! Sorry I haven't been updating I've been busy with just life itself .-. I'll try to be more active :)
