THE POLAR EXPRESS

ALL ABOARD THE POLAR EXPRESS

But I thought "What if Santa is real?"
I ponder for a moment and soon fall asleep.....

Suddenly there is the sound of an express train
I jumped out of my bed and ran to my window. A light blinds me as I stumble backward.

" Whoa!!, what's going on??" I thought to myself and run outside.

"All aboard"... a figure appeared from the cloud of smoke.

It was a large express train with a conductor shouting all aboard.

I moved towards the conductor.

"Well, you coming"?? The conductor told me
"Where"
"Why to the North Pole ,of course. This is the Polar Express."
The conductor thought for a moment and then said Well, please hold this lantern....After a few seconds he showed me a clipboard and asked me " Is this you?"
"Yeah"
The conducted went into trance for a few seconds and then said" Well it says here : No photo with the departmental store Santa (the fake Santas which you find her and there during Christmas), no letters to Santa and you even told your sister to take out the milk and cookies. Well it seems to me like you had a crucial year. If I were you, I would have gotten aboard by now. Come on fast now, I've got schedule to keep up. Suit yourself"

U thought for a few seconds but as I was going on the train the conductor stopped me. He asked me" Where is your ticket?"
I gave my most appealing smile (I really wanted to see the North Pole) and said" I don't have a ticket"
He told me to check my right pocket . I checked it and surprisingly found a golden ticket in it.
I waved it towards him and he snatched it from my hand .
He took the puncher and beautifully punched the word "BELIEVE "
In it. It was magical because he had punched the ticket yet the other side of it was absolutely clear and had no holes.

As I got onto the train I saw many other pajama- clad children . As the train started they broke into the Polar Express chorus
" cause that's the way things happen on the
POLAR EXPRESS"
