The small, insignificant caterpillar
one day decided to fly
so he curled up in his cocoon
and left us in favour of the sky.
He wasn't known by many
but he touched the ones he did
for this caterpillar was special
and his dreams were always big.
He wasn't that satisfied with his life
so he made the hard decision to leave
and though he is missed by many
we should be happy and not grieve.
Because the day the butterfly spread his wings
and became the angel we knew he could,
he left us in search of a better place
and his name was Dylan Harrison Wood.
