Saturday....March 24, 1984. Shermer High school Shermer, Illinois. 60062. Dear Mr,Higgins....We accept the fact that we had to sacrifice a whole Saturday in detention for whatever it was that we did wrong, what we did was wrong. But we think you're crazy to make us write an essay telling you who we think we are, what do you care? You see us as you want to see us....in the most simplest terms and the most convenient definitions. You see us as a brain, an athlete, a basket case, a princess and a criminal. Correct? That's the way we saw each other at seven o'clock this morning we were brain washed.
                       Third person
In the front of the school we see Louis and his father sitting in their car. Louis is looking out the window with disgust in his eyes. He turns to his father who is just tapping on the steering wheel with his figures. He rolls his eyes and turns his head and looks back out the window with so much disgust in his eyes. Louis is also the prom king so he thinks he is better than everyone else
"I can't believe you can't get me out of this....I mean it's so absurd I have to be here on a Saturday! It's not like I'm defective or anything.." Louis saids while turning to looks at his father.
"I'll make it up to you.....honey, ditching class to go shopping doesn't make you defective. Have a good day" his father tells him while fixing his jacket and starting the car back up. Louis rolls his eyes at him and gets out and starts walking to the school entrance.
We see another car and inside we see Liam a school nerd, his little sister, and his mother.
"Is this the first or the last time we do this?"
Liam's mother as asked him, you could tell that she was mad and trying really hard not to show it.
"Last..." Liam said you could tell he was really upset by the was he was sitting he had his shoulders slumped and he was looking down and playing with his fingers.
"Well you get in there and use the time to your advantage...." His mother said sternly while looking at him liked he was such a disappointment in life.
"Mom, we're not supposed to study; we just have to sit there and do nothing." He said while turning to look at her you could tell he was starting to get mad by who he talked with confidence in his voice, his eyes were hard,and he looked so stiff that not even the toughest man in the world could break him.
"Well mister you figure out a way to study." She told him while her eyes were just as hard. She wasn't an idiot. Her son was pretty strong for the school nerd, and could fight pretty well. She knew if he got mad enough he would end up hurting her. (A/N: don't be mad but we all know in real life that Liam can beat the shit out of anyone so I had to add it plus it makes things more exciting don't you think?)
"Yeah!" Liam little sister said annoyingly. all of a sudden she was quite the whole time but she just wanted to get on his nerves and she is doing it the only way she knows how annoying him.
"Well go!" His mom said really loudly while turning back around and facing her steering wheel and pointing a finger at the car door. Liam grabbed his backpack from beneath his feet opens the car door and got out. He slammed the car door shut and started walking towards the school entrance.
There's another car and inside is Niall who is clearly a jock; he has a letterman jacket on with a bunch of patches on it.
"Hey, I screwed around...guys screw around,there's nothing wrong with that. Except you got caught,  Sport." Niall father told him while putting the car in park. And turning to face him.
