"You ready?" I asked 4 year old Jessica. Today was her first day of preschool.
"Yes mommy.. But can I say bye bye to Auntie forst?" She asked.
"Yeah go ahead." I said. Jessica was living with me and Cameron to help.
"Alright baby you ready?" I said as she came back with her long curly blond hair in a ponytail with her Sofia the First bookbag.
"Where's daddy?"
"He's in the car sweetie."
"Ok otay.. Let's go mommy!" She said excitedly and pulled me out as I giggled. I strapped her in her car seat and kissed her cheeked.
{skip the car ride}
"Alright Jess, we're here."
"Otay." She said.
I strapped her out and took her out. I walked her in and kissed her goodbye.
"Alright baby. Have a good day ok. Listen and be good. I love you." I said and hugged her. She hugged me back and Cameron kissed her forehead and told her he loved her.
"Bye mommy and daddy" she said.
"Bye baby." We both said.
We got in the car and I started crying.
"Baby, what's wrong?"
"She's so grown." I said.
"Yeah she is." He said and held my hand. This is crazy.. 4 years ago, Cameron Dallas, would never have been with me. And to think, this was all a one night stand.
