I'm Falling Over You

{{A/N: I don't know if this chapter is going to be as good as the previous one's end, but oh well. Still love me? Lol. Anyways, here is the next one. It took me FOREVER to come up with names that I haven't used in an previous story, but I finally found some. :) Thanks to a few suggestions. Here ya' go! <3}}

After more of the endless line, we finally make it to the stage, a pit already forming as I watch in amazement. Not watching where I'm going, I end up tripping over someone's foot. I stick my hands out to catch myself and I feel hands wrapping around my waist, pulling me to my feet. I don't have but a single second to comprehend what had just happened before the hands release me and I turn around and look up, up, to a warm pair of hazel eyes, "Hi," a soft, gentle voice says, smiling down at me.  

"H-hi," I stutter, heat instantly rising in my cheeks and I ruffle my hair so that it falls to partially cover my face.  

"Might want to be careful 'round here," he points his thumb toward the now fully-formed Wall of Death, "it's gets pretty rough, loosing your footing... could end you up in that," he says, smiling slightly the smile reaching his eyes. It's quite contagious and I smile back. We both run our hands through our hair at the same time before breaking into a chorus of laughter. I can hear Kaila on the other side of me and a guy to the other side of Him cooing a mushy, "Aww" and I blush again as does he. How cute!

"By the way," he says, pulling, from whom can only be, his friend, over to him, "I'm Toby, and this is Emmett..." his friend elbows him in the side, clearing his throat, "ow! I mean Finn. Sorry, man! Ow!" He chuckles and wraps his arms around himself, and then unwrapping his arms and puts his hands in his pockets smiling a half smile at me. I realize that he is waiting for my name.  

I blush and ruffle my hair again, "Nice to meet you, I'm Dani and this..." I bump hips with Kaila and she laughs, "is a hobo I found on the street. Who knows where she came from?" She laughs out loud, "Nah, she is just someone I call my best friend, Kaila!"

Finns and Kaila exchange a look, (a look!) I smile at them. "Hey, uhm... Kaila," Finn says, stepping a bit closer to her, "wanna go with me and get us all something to drink?" He asks, and Kaila blushes slightly, quickly regaining her composure before nodding her head, "Kay, what would you guys like?" He says, turning to Toby and I.  

"Anything that has caffeine," I say, "preferably coffee, but I know I won't get any here," I shrug.  

"Monster?" Kaila says, completely used to my caffeine addiction.  

"Yes, please!" I say, giggling lightly.  

"Same for me," Toby says, shrugging when I raise an eyebrow at him.  

"Okay, then," both Kaila and Finn say at the same time before breaking into uncontrollable giggles and I laugh, shaking my head. Good for you, Kai!  

After they leave, leaving us alone, Toby pokes my side lightly and I jump, quickly grabbing my sides defensively, trying to hide my ever-so-present smile, "hey! No fair!" I giggle.  

He shrugs, "Sorry, not sorry. It was too tempting," he chuckles, "when does the set start?" He says, yawning a little.  

"Uhm.." I think for a minute, "should be in about an hour, it was nearly three when we got here. That was like... Two hours ago,"  

He looks happy about this, I wonder why? Neither of us talk for a while, and I notice he is people watching. I can see him out of the corner of my eye, his soft eyes... His full lips... His way-tanner-than-i-am skin... The way he bites his lip as he thinks... I mentally shake myself. Danielle Sparks get ahold of yourself! My inner self scolds and I agree with her. I just met the guy... Even if he is just... Oh, wow. Kaila come back, don't leave me alone! I forget for a moment that I am not telepathic and scream at her with my mind. Please! Kaila!

"Want to go grab a seat?" He says, snapping me out of my internal babbling.  

"Oh, uhm... Yeah, sure," smooth going Dani. Jeez. I blush slightly.  

"Don't worry, I don't bite," he chuckles and I realize he offers me his hand and I take it and bite my bottom lip nervously. 

We walk over to where a clear spot in the grass is and I pull out the cover Kaila insisted that I bring; now I understand why. I lay it on the grass and sit down on it, Toby joining me and he releases my hand, I instantly feel at a loss as I absentmindedly pluck at a loose thread on the blanket. I see Kaila and Finn a little farther over from us and we wave them over and everyone gets comfy and Finn takes out our drinks, passing them to us. We all mumble our "thank you"'s and the sun starts to set, the crowd breaks into cheers as Tyler Carter and Skyler Acord come on stage and then disappears on the other side as a different guy comes on, "Good evening, Ohio!" The guy says, "Who's ready for one of the best bands EVER?" The crowd, along with Kaila, I, and our newly found friends, "Well, then, allow me to introduce, ISSUES!" And with that, the band seems to just materialize from the smoke, and squeals can be heard from fangirls, and guys, alike.  

The music begins to play and it seems like everyone is holding their breath, waiting for the song to begin.  

Tyler takes a breath, "What is a man, who lays a hand on his lover, and calls it tough love? What is a man, who can't take a stand for his daughter, and calls it tough love? Your roots grow in the crack of the alleys, college park made you! Man enough to see, man enough to see, there ain't a ******* man in me!" The song continues and an arm goes around my waist, and I look up to meet those hazel eyes, smiling back at me. I smile and lean against him, both of us nodding to the music. I see Finn and Kaila snuggling in front of us and I smile, perfect.

{{A/N: I felt like that chapter didn't go anywhere... Sorry guys. I'm really distracted. Seems like Tuesdays are going to be the new Mondays. Anyhowwwww, hope this chapter wasn't as bad as I thought, I promised it would be better, maybe a lied a little. But, hey, at least it has some PDA and you got to meet Toby, and Finn, yeah?  

Any idea how to clear Writer's Block? Anyone?! Gahhhh!  

Teaser: Next chappy may go into someone else's POV. I'm not exactly sure how this is going to happen, but that's my idea. Love ya'll have a good night and good day tomorrow.
