NARRATOR POV
Eric peacefully walked on the forest path, ignoring the noise around him.
"Hmm...I wonder what is beyond the trial," mumbled him, shrugging his shoulders. Eric continued to skip, still on the cobble-dirt trail.
(Bushes rustling)
"Huh? Who's there?!" Eric shouted, scanning his surroundings. He kept going on the trail, slowly like a snail this time, observing the area for who made the rustling sounds.
(Bushes rustling again)
"That's it! I can't stand this noise," stammered Eric. He picked up a stick on the dirt ground, clutching his grip on it tightly like holding a sword.
"COME OUT!" commanded Eric, fiercely.
A head, golden as the sun popped out of the bushes, it's scales shimmering by the Suns glare. It stared, not even a eye twitched or blinked.
What is that menacing thing? Eric questioned his own mind.
"Grrrarg?" The creature responded. Then it charged at him.

Eric side-stepped on the path and started to rush home, but the dragon turned a bit and crashed into the chest of Eric. His body collapsed, his ankle swollen. Eric murmured a little prayer to not be killed already. The dragon opened his mouth widely, and licked Eric's face from his chin to his forehead.
He is friendly? Eric got upright using his legs and arms and stared at the thing.
"Hmm..impressive creature!" Eric exclaimed,"I'll call you GoldLike."
"GogLirrg?" GoldLike responded.
