I Never Thought I Would Meet Him (ON HOLD)

Chapter 2

-5:45AM-

I woke up to Chase digging around in some of the kitchen boxes.

"What are you doing?" I asked with a yawn following.

"I was gonna try and make you breakfast, but I can't find anything," Chase smiled before walking back over to me.

"I though we were going to go eat out with your parents?"

"They had to cancel. Which sucks..."

"Let's just go to Waffle House or IHOP."

"Sound good to me."

"Let me go change which them we can head out."

"Okay."

I got up and changed. Once I changed, I packed the blankets back up, then we started loading the boxes into the back of Chase's truck.

"So are we just gonna drive up?" I asked as we started to put boxes into my car.

"Yeah, it's gonna be easier," Chase said as he put the last box into my car.

"Let's go get some food."

We got into our cars and headed to IHOP. Once we got there we got seated and ordered our drinks.

"I'm dropping out after we present today," he said.

"Why?"

"It's not going where I want my life to go."

"Makes sense, especially since you are racing and everything."

"Yeah, and I can alway do online classes if I really want to."

"Yeah."

We got our drinks and placed our order for the food. Our food came and we ate quick. I payed the bill and we headed to class. Once we got to class, I went and talked to the teacher.

"Hey Professor Cassidy," I said. "Chase and I would like to go first. And also this will be my last day at the school."

"That's fine, and why?" He questioned.

"I got accepted to my dream school with a full scholarship."

"Oh, wow. Well I hope you enjoy it there. Class is gonna start in about 2 minutes, then once I do attendance you two can present."

"Okay."

I went and sat down by Chase and class started.

"We get to go first," I whispered.

"Okay," he whispered back.

-Skip presentation-

We got done presenting and headed to the admissions office.

"So, you got a scholarship to another school?" The councilor asked.

"Yeah, so I'm leaving here," I said.

"Okay. But your scholarship will still be available of you decide to come back here."

"Okay."

With that I left and went out by Chase who finished talking to his councilor just before me.

"So?" He questioned.

"That are okay with me leaving and if I decide to come back I will still have my scholarship," I said as he put his arms around my waist and I put my around his neck. "I hate being short."
